Bella Kitchen & Design was amazing from start to finish. My wife and I recently purchased a new home that required major updating to the kitchen. Our house was built in 1992 and had no upgrades in the kitchen until now (2018)Through Bella we picked out new granite countertops, a new sink, new faucet and used their recommendation for a new dishwasher. Working directly with the owner Dan we set up an initial consultation in his studio where he explained in detail our options, along with the pros/ cons of each. He allowed us to take granite samples home for the weekend so my wife and I could review further. While we were torn between 2 options (very expensive vs more within our budget) Dan even recommended the cheaper option due to the look of our kitchen, and we couldnt be happier! The installation process took about a week (due to our own schedule). Dans team was amazing, every person we worked and communicated with was prompt, courteous and professional.We hope to renovate our Master bathroom within the next 12 months and will be going to Bella when the time comes!

Professionalism begins when its owner, Dan, visits your home, and prepares an in-store presentation using the latest CAD programs to show you the revisualized space, has every task and material spelled out, and a schedule for work, as well as the price.We had just come off of two disasters with two previous contractors, so we were wary and worn, to say the least. Dan and his crew were a ray of sunshine. First of all, they are ALL great!! And somehow, he can get them to even show up on a Saturday when he needs to!! He is ever-present on your job!!The project of our master bathroom went beautifully. White marble, a redirected shower stall with custom glass shower door that fit like a glove! You are not lost in the shuffle with Bella. They will deliver!!

We bought more than $21k Wellborn cabinets from Bella kitchen & design for our vacation home, after installation we noticed that the color was matched (see the picture). We called Bella kitchen & design immediately, their associate was very much sympathetic after seeing the picture but she was not in a position to do anything for us and we have to wait for owner to resolve the issue, but he never returned our calls. After more than one month, eventually we got connected and we were told that there was nothing can be done, we need to pay for ourself for the touch up if we want to have. They also ordered us 30% more moulding and promised that any unused moulding can be returned, we contacted his associate to schedule an appointment for returning and she never emailed us back (recently we learned she left the company), now they told us that its too late. They seems very nice and experienced before signing your contractor, but after sale the service is extremely poor. I will never buy anything from them. The Wellborn cabinets manufacture was not helpful at all during that process.
