Miracle Method of Wilmington did an outstanding for my brother. His bathtub was modified for easy and safe entry. The results are life changing for him. The cost was extremely reasonable as well. This is the second time I have had Miracle Method on my fiberglass shower. Please dont think it didnt work. The first time was about 30 years ago! Imagine; it started to wear through, so I had it redone this past April. There must have been a tiny bubble, but a little section started to pull away.I called the office and because of the COVID, they were busy and limited. So, it has been a while, but it was well worth the wait.The nicest young man, I think his name was Russ, came and repaired the spot for me. It is so well done that it is impossible to see where the repair was made.I wish to complement that young man. He was so polite and worked very hard doing the repair. He cleaned up any mess and was on his way.However; his kindness remains on my mind. He is an employee to be recognized and is definitely a keeper. Thank you for your product and service. I had seen their ads on tv and had planned on having two old bathroom counters done. Then I went to the showroom and discovered that they did tile floors as well! I was thrilled! No demolition, just beautiful new white counters and floors! They did a terrific job with great attention to detail. Their workers were prompt, polite and helpful. It was a great experience overall. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Miracle Method in Wilmington NC; I am a teacher and tend to be a perfectionist, and I am very selective as to who I hire to work in my home. From the very beginning Ray worked with me with budgeting and scheduling, and made sure that I was satisfied with all of this. He was extremely patient and accommodating with scheduling the work- as I both traveled a lot and worked a lot during the process. He made sure that the entire process was easy and convenient for my demanding schedule. My technician was Jamie, and he was always on time, professional, courteous, and patient with my many questions about the procedures. I had a large double sink refinished, along with all of my tile back splashes and tile toe kicks around my bottom cabinets. They were originally black and the tech. recommended a gloss white to match my cabinets. Everything turned out much better than I could have expected. The sink and tiles appear brand new, and there was virtually no inconvenience to me. Most people who visit now ask me if I have added additional space to my kitchen only because the refinished sink and tiles are bright and open up the space. Ray was very patient and sent the tech Jamie back to repair a tiny debris pocket that often occurs in sinks this old and it turned out perfect. Both Jamie and Ray were more than professional and accommodating and always on time, which was very important to me. I I highly recommend this company for anyone who has vintage or older substantial fixtures than can refinished. I saved hundreds of dollars by choosing to hire Miracle Method rather than replacement.

Calling for an appointment was easy and convenient. Russ the technician was excellent. I had scheduled a tub refinishing after our builder subcontractors were careless and splattered the tub with adhesive. Despite multiple attempts at DIY cleaning and scrubbing I thought only refinishing was the option After Russ professionally cleaned the tub it looked pretty good and I was able to save some money and avoid refinishing.

I have renovated a 1980s condo on Carolina Beach and the tubs showed their age. After getting an estimate on replacing the tubs I researched the Miracle Method and spoke with Ray. I was impressed with the pics so I booked him for 2 tubs. WOW, the transformation was incredible. Boyd did a wonderful job shooting the tubs and I really appreciated his focus on detail. After completion there were 2 spots that needed touchup and he came on a weekend to take care of. I would recommend Ray and his team for your project. The tubs/showers turned out fantastic.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. They called when they said the would and showed when they said they would. They refinished 2 tub/shower units and 2 bathroom countertops. Extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the value. My tubs were in good condition but the 1980’s colors had to go. The new finish will really help update the bathrooms. I have hated my mint green tub for 20 years and wish I had found out about this awesome company years ago. Thank you Tim, Boyd and Laura for exceeding my expectations.

If you can tolerate communicating with the arrogant owner who talks down to you as if you dont understand simple English, you might actually be able to do business with him. Good luck.

Mircle Methods should not be use on tile. They do not inform you of possible problems, and when reported they say its in the contract. So, read the little writing. Tub do good but stay away from tile There products do not have a good bond, and if you house settles it cracks, if you drop something it scratch, ole and everything is you fault.

Ray Baker and his crew transformed a bathroom and vanity area in a very high traffic beach rental perhaps 5 years ago. I mean this unit gets lots and lots of sandy feet and hard water. The surfaces still look great and I suspect they will get lots more wear in the next few years. I havent noticed any chipping, fading, mold or scratches. I highly recommend Ray--hes a total professional through the entire process, answered my MANY questions, and completed an excellent job. Thanks, Ray!!!

Very VERY pleased with this company and it’s service! Had 2 bathroom tub and showers (master and hallway) redone and hallway bath floor. Dillion and Jamie did an exceptional professional job. They were courteous, prompt and hardworking. Ray was my main contact and he was very patient and courteous with the complete process as I needed to change appointments due to plumbing issues. I had to call the morning of the planned appointment to start and he was very accommodating. I diligently research reviews and was hesitant to use Miracle Method but so glad this time I did not rely on older reviews. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them highly.Thanks guys!

It took 20 days for my basic inquiry to be answered, then the email I finally received was completely unprofessional. Im going to use another source. I can see what previous reviewers were talking about. Terrible service.

Absolutely awful customer service. Unprofessional and hateful! Refused to answer my questions and acted like I was stupid over the phone. What a waste of time! Im buying granite for this reason!

Miracle Method had HORRIBLE customer service. The price was right but Ray, the owner/manager, was unprofessional when I asked to reschedule for a later date.

Charged $135.00 to put one silicone bead of caulk around bottom of shower. Take advantage of elderly.
