Our sales Rep Richard was extremely thorough and explained everything to us. We fought the weather (lots of rain) to get our bathroom done but Mike was extremely professional. This job was a tough job, but when he left, you wouldn’t have even known he was there. The shower looks AMAZING and he cleaned up everything behind himself. We couldn’t have asked for a better job.

Bath fitter showed at the appointed time and removed the tub and existing walls. Then installed a walk in shower with new plumbing and fixtures. All complete in one day. Bruce, the installer is very professional and did an extraordinary job ! I would not hesitate to have Bath fitter in my home again.

The finished remodel of our shower was a complete success. Mike and Matt worked as a team and did quality demo work and then true attention to detail on the install of the new shower floor pan, wall and new fixtures. A stunning transformation done in one day. High quality all the way around.

I had two bathtubs remodeled. The first was a change from a bathtub to a walk in shower, and the second was a bathtub replacement. I couldnt be more pleased, and wish that I had done it sooner! Just had my tub converted to a shower.......incredible service, excellent workmanship, and the best installers! Mike and Craig completed the work with great skill and left the area tidy. I am so proud of the new shower and considering a new upgrade in the master bathroom in the future. Bath Fitter will be the ones to do the job and if Im lucky Mike and Craig will be the installers!!

My home is 130 years old. The tile in the tub shower combo is no longer made and could not be matched after replacing the tub. After considering my options, I chose Bath Fitters to install a new surround over the remaining old tile above the new tub line. Nothing in that old house is straight or plumb, but their new surround is straight, plumb, and looks great. Best of all, they answer the phone, return calls, show up at the appointed time and clean up afterwards. My expectations were exceeded.

Bath Fitter has provided very good service since 2007. The workers are always very professional. My bathroom looks just as good as it did when Bath Fitter installed it .

I was very pleased with the turn around time once I contacted Bath Fitters. Richard came within a few days to talk with me about the product and we set an install date. Contact with Gina in the office was always pleasant and she was very helpful. Tanner Mayzel was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing and went straight to work measuring. He was very mannerly and did an excellent job problem solving during the installation. My shower was not one he had ever done before and was intent on getting it right. Altogether, my experience was great and I would call them again.

What I thought would turn into a debacle turned out to be great. My tub from bath fitter cracked almost 11 years later. I called and used the lifetime guarantee sales pitch that I was given years ago. I sent pictures as Gina requested and she sent a rep who inspected it. It was approved and 12/16 a new shower was installed free of charge.

The installers came on time, were friendly and put down drop cloths to make sure that our home was kept clean. They worked hard for two days in a row and left two beautiful new showers for us. I highly recommend this company.

My shower was updated to make it more accessible and useful for my mother. The process was wonderful from start to finish. The initial meeting to discuss our needs was seamless - the consultant offered many good ideas and nver pressured us into something we didnt need or want. The installer was very professional, personable and efficient - we totally enjoyed interacting with him. An additional item was ordered after the job was completed and it was delivered and installed in a very timely manner. Bathfitters came to my home and knocked out the job in a day and a half. Great crew of people to work with from the sales professionals that came and showed us their products, to helping us select our items, making any modifications WE wanted to the guy that came and did all the physical labor. Great personality and most of all, cleaned up every last crumb before he departed. Neighbors have come to see our remodel and have also taken their name and # as well. Great job!

We had a wonderful experience with Bath Fitters from beginning to end. Our installer, Brian, was very detailed and made sure our shower surround and shower pan were installed correctly. Ive never been a fan of caulking, but Brian did an excellent job with that too. All parts of the shower are so easy to clean and we expect it to shine for years to come. The only negative part would be how slippery the floor of the shower is, thus we do have to use a shower mat at all times. I kind of expected this when choosing to go with Bath Fitters. We are very satisfied with our new shower!

They did a good job on putting my bath tub in but was not please with it looked before the year was out. The trim around the tub was coming off and didnt like the way they do the finishing on the floor and sides. It could have been done better, very disappointed.

I love my new bathroom. Bath Fitters removed our old shower, checked and replaced plumbing, and installed new acrylic shower walls and base, along with new shower doors. The installers told us they would be here at 10:00 AM and they arrived exactly on time. They went right to work after covering the floors, and worked efficiently. As soon as they had completed the job, they cleaned the area completely, and then went over all the paperwork. We received instructions on cleaning the acrylic and the shower doors. This was the second bathroom remodel in our house by Bath Fitters and we are very pleased with their work. We highly recommend Bath Fitters to anyone that is tired of their dinghy, yellowed tub/shower, or just want an update.

I had priced other places before I called Bathfitters. I scheduled an appointment and Stephen and Brian came out and measured and talked with me. They gave me a price and what it included. They asked that I go by the showroom and take a look. I called and made an appointment for installation with Gina. I talked with Amy also. Both ladies were such PR persons and easy to talk with as well as pleasant. Gina called and gave me the date and said she was sending Ted. Could not believe the work he did by himself. It wont be cheap but it will be worth it. Work is done by professionals and you will love the end result. Getting up in the morning is easier when you know youll love your shower. Its a great place to sing.

Had my bath redone after my elderly mother came to live with me. Dustin was awesome. Kept me involved in all aspects of the demo and install. He clean up everything and hauled away the dunnage. Very professional and highly recommend Bath Fitter and Dustin.

Just had a good experience with Bathfitter. The 3 guys that came Mike, Randall, and Dustin were informative and well mannered. They all had knowledge of what was going on and what needed to happen to make this a quick and painless remodel.I only have one bath and Bathfitter sent these 3 guys to make sure they could finish in one day. Decided to go with Bath Fitter based on the recommendation from our friends, the Whittys who had two baths redone. Went to a home expo in Jacksonville and talked with a rep. Booked a appointment for a quote and later for the installation. Very pleased with the product and installers professional manner in completing the job. My only dissappointment has been that my friends, the Whittys have never received the finders fee as promised.

We didnt think when we called Bathfitters that our double wide would would qualify for a bathtub makeover so we were surprised when we were told of course. I believe the young man, Dustin, that did the work was very professional and efficient. In two days he removed our large tub, reinforced the flooring and installed a walkin shower. I didnt want a door, I was planning for the future in the event one of us needed assistance taking a shower. My granddaughters have even come over just to shower. I love my shower. Thank you Bathfitters. We are definitely happy customers.

My caulking didnt fail, they did caulk properly. So we had a slow leak for years and it caused over $3,000 worth of damage and they are not honoring their lifetime warranty! Stay away from this company.

Jeff was our installer and he did a phenomenal job. I like the product, too bad my new shower can’t be used. It was installed June 19th . Bathfitter did not stock the frameless doors I wanted so they were ordered from another vendor, with the Bathfitter salesperson taking the measurements and completing the order. Then I had to wait for someone to install them. They finally found another vendor to do the door installation on June 27th and the measurements were not accurate. So now, I have no door and our contact person from Bathfitter has not reached out to us to discuss this issue. I’ve prepaid the vendor for the door ( not cheap ) and have no idea if or when I’ll ever get a completed shower. I love my shower but honestly can’t recommend their customer service.

Bathfitters from day one was right on top of the job.... from sales to installation! I considered contracting it out myself... i.e. plumber, tile man and carpenter. But after talking with our sales representative, I knew right away that it would be overwhelming on me and my family and the potential problems of them not working well together. With Bathfitters, one installer came and stayed with the job until it was finished. I was really impressed that he fixed a problem that we didnt even know existed in the original construction of our home. When he proceeded to trim the molding that ran behind the toilet, he found that the floor molding had not even be nailed to the studs, therefore causing him problems in tearing the sheetrock. But he took the time to fix it and even painted the tear in the rock.... Wonderful job! Mom is moved in now and is really enjoying her new accessible walk in shower. Thanks!
