Would definitely recommend this barbershop! Down visiting for a few days and with the heat I knew I needed a haircut. While there wasnt a barber in at the time so not no straight razor on my hair, Jenn did a great job using her clippers and machines to give me a nice skin fade. Good fade all the way around. Also very pleasant and friendly conversation. There was another woman working, Marisol. She seemed really nice as well.

Julie has been cutting my hair for over 40 years. It has always been a great cut. In line prices, always walk in, never long waits. If you need a hair cut, Julie, Jennifer, and Marisol are the 3 ladies I highly recommend..

This is the only place I’ll take my 2 boys for haircuts now! They do an excellent job and make sure you’re 100% satisfied before leaving. They take their time so you don’t feel like you’re rushed. After experiencing so many bad haircuts at other places, this is the only place I will take my kids now!

This place is fantastic! I noticed one morning my hair was in need of a trim. I googled barber shops near me, and am so glad that Mens Haircare was right around the corner. Jennifer answered the phone when I called, and said; come on over, we can get you it! I walked in the door, was greeted by Jennifer, and immediately sat down in her chair. Jennifer introduced me to the owner, Julie, and I felt like we all had known each other for years, and they were my local barbers. Not only did I receive the best haircut ever, it was nice talking with them, and learning a bit more about Wilmington. Thank you both, and I will see you the next time I am in Wilmington.

Ive been looking for a barber around Carolina Beach for some time now. I resorted to going to salons etc for a while and never could get a proper fade. Although Mens Haircare has been around for a long time, I never noticed it until about a yr ago. I have to say- best haircuts Ive ever had. Julie and the other barbers have all been consistent in giving me the perfect haircut. Ive recommended friends to the establishment and they all have been happy and continue to get their haircuts there. Really happy to have found this place and its just a few miles over the bridge.

I went in mainly to have my beard professionally trimmed so that it would be even and a little less wild. Nico was awesome. He was professional, personable and have great advice on letting parts of my beard grow out. Julie is very nice as well and I enjoyed the visit. Cant wait to see them again.

Julie is Amazing! I recently moved back to the area. The first thing I did was go see Julie for a haircut. I have had a hard time over the last ten years finding someone who can do such a great job on my hair like Julie did way back in the day. Shes always been a perfectionist, takes her time and goes above and beyond to get it right. Im happy to be back in the area and happy to be back in her chair. I highly recommend Mens Hair Care and have done so for years.

I walked in and was greeted by the owner and the staff. The place is clean and well maintained. I was immediately seated in Seans chair and we discussed how Id like my hair styled. Sean is really friendly, we had a great conversation, and he made sure I was happy every step of the way. Ive been to so many barber shops that cut my hair however they felt. Sean listened and cut it exactly as I liked, I couldnt be more satisfied, he knows what hes doing! Excellent all around experience, the owner is super nice as is the staff. I will definitely be going back!

Being retired military and business owner, I recently moved to Wilmington from Ohio. Was trying to find a good barber in the Monkey Junction area. Checked previous reviews, and decided to give Mens haircare a try. I was very well pleased. Nikki spent a lot of time to insure she was cutting my hair to my standards. Very professional job. The owner Julie, made it a point to speak to all her customers on a first name bases and make them feel welcome. She knows what it takes to run a customer friendly business. Im sure I found my new barber shop.

This is the ONLY place Ill get my haircut in Wilmington. Great barbershop conversation with an all around excellent staff. The stylists/barbers are knowledgeable and skilled in a variety of techniques and I always get a great haircut. NEVER had a bad experience. Hot towel and a shave with each visit too!

I regularly get haircuts from barbers near military bases, who are familiar with military styles, and they still get it wrong. At Mens Haircare I told her what I wanted once and she did exactly what I had in mind. My fade was straight all the way around and she used a straight razor below the fade for a baby smooth feel. Not a single hair was out of place. I wish I could get my haircut here every time.

My oldest son was about 7 before he ever had a haircut I liked. His hair is difficult to work with, but when I found this place, we have never been anywhere else. I bring both of my sons here. Excellent cuts every time. Reasonable prices and great people. Love this place!!

Just moved to wilmington not to long ago and was in need of a haircut. I’ve seen this place before so i strolled on in. Nikki was my barber, did a fantastic job on my hair and finished me up with a straight razor and a hot towel. Awesome lady and an awesome place. Will definitely be back again. 10/10 would recommend.

Julie and Zico are the absolute best at what they do. They always take the time to give my son a perfect cut. He is able to go an entire month without a trim and it maintains the shape.

Mens Haircare always does an awesome job cutting my husbands hair. The staff is professional, skilled, and efficient. Unlike many other chain barbers, the staff shaves the neck and trim the edges with a razor, leaving a clean look.
