I have received consistently good haircuts at this facility. They also offer an electric back massage when shampooing your hair. Bonus! Finally they use hot towels as well when giving you your shampoo. So, what about the haircut? Well, that has been a consistently pleasant experience and my hair stylist has given me consistently good haircuts.

Lady cutting my hair tried to suggest 10 different things from what I wanted and tried to give me a bunch of extra stuff. I just wanted a quick buzz cut and she made it take a lot longer than it should have.

Wonderful experience. Had hair down to my shoulders and my stylist had a lot to deal with. Gave me my favorite haircut in years, and the experience (TV, conversation, face massage, shampoo, etc.) was wonderful.

My son got his haircut here and it is the WORST haircut he’s ever received. He had long-ish hair and asked for a trim, and the stylist ended up buzzing his head. She did not even fade it up the back. One size trimmer- buzzed all the way around. What a nightmare. DO not go here unless you want a college sophomore buzzing your head with no skill whatsoever.

I can say these stylists are great at what they do. Ive had the pleasure of getting my haircut by a few different stylists here and I have never been disappointed. Also If your looking for a great hair product the nioxin hairspray that they sell there is worth the money!

Ive been going here on and off for about 5 years and Ive always been satisfied. Im not huge into sports but the triple play leaves me feeling refreshed and clean which keeps me coming back. Student discount is very nice and the staff is polite and professional. They have a selection of products for sale and the hairdressers make good recommendations based off your hair type and desired style.Only once have I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time but they have an app/website to check in with now to avoid that kind of situation.

They all are very friendly and professional but one young lady that sticks out is Jen, she only there part time, I like how Jen took her time an gave me a amazing hair cut experience. This is the only place I go to get my hair cut and normally I just go with whatever stylist is available... But today I met Liz. Not only is her customer service and impeccable, but her speed and skill in which she provides her services go above and beyond. So while you cant go wrong stopping in at this location to get a haircut, I have to recommend that you ask for Liz. You wont be disappointed.

I had Pat she was awesome I am coming back again and I found my barber she is a master. I am of ethnic race and she knew what and how to cut my hair! I had a shampoo in a massage chair with a nice hot towel with essential oils after that I had some type of massage on my shoulders. Real VIP treatment first time there but will not be my last. Great atmosphere excellent customer service!! Wish I could give more stars.

As others have put it nicely and clearly. Sometimes you get a decent hair cut and other times it blows. Jenn & Cynthia cut mine and my sons hair. Now he older one did a good job on mine. The younger lady didnt listen to my son when he told her to just trim the sides. He likes his hair long on top. Its his style. However the girl cuts off 2 from the top. If this weekend wasnt packed with little kids getting ready to go back to school, Id said something. But I told my son from here on out well go to Great Clips.

Bree was amazing!!!! Granted I know sports clips is marketed more for guys, but I just needed a simple neatening up of my already short hair and the other quick/cheap places around here have done nothing but disappointed me. I went in on a whim and Bree stepped right up, didnt think 2ce, just asked what I was looking for, I snowed her a picture and she said of course I can take care of that, come on back!!!! AMAZING, QUICK, PERFECT!!!! And I didnt even have to go home and wash out gunk most places put in my hair. I had nothing but the best experience with the cute redhead, Amber. She was what I wish I had in a hair stylist back home in NYC. Knew her stuff, was quick, funny, we talked about her dog (step-dog?) and joked about how much of a dork I was. Cool part was that it was my first time there, (they reel you in with the whole package, massage, shampoo, steam facial). Wish I lived near a sports clips cause it was totally worth it. I was expecting a $18 haircut, but came away feeling like a million bucks. Thanks Amber and the entire Sport clips team!

Good haircut. Was told Id get a scalp massage, shoulder massage and a hot towel on my face. The hair cutter forgot to do all that and when paying remembered she was supposed to do it. I just left. Sheesh, I was happy then I was bummed about it.

So in essence I avoided them like the plague. My second time ran into this lady named Kandice, I told her exactly what I wanted and once she started I felt she knew what she was doing. I told her exactly that and thanked her. I will be back to see Kandice, only.

We were 4th in line, but the wait was only about 10-15 minutes. The lady who helped us was super friendly and my sons hair looks great!

I had a gift certificate from Christmas for an mvp cut. But this haircut started off with a blade that was way too sharp and actually cut me when she started to trim the back of my neck. I notified her that it was cutting me and she seemed to know that this had happened before. The service otherwise was great. Hair cut looks great, massage and shampoo was good, but a day later my neck still hurts badly and has two red marks.
