My XF got its service done! Was quite odd when I was brought a Honda Civick for a courtesy cat! I thought I would get at least A jaguar vehicle while they worked on my Jagauar! I mean I understand that they are backed up due to covid but a Honda. This Courtesy car jist made me understand why I went to Jaguar! Me driving this Honda just felt surrealistic odd!

Joe at Union Street Jaguar Wilmington Delaware, is a scammer! I took my mentally challenged brother there to get a key for his Jaguar and because of hard times I was going to pay for him to get the key for his car. We was quoted 150 dollars on the phone from the parts department but Joe being the scammer he is told us that we had to purchase 2 sets of key and that he would not sell us just one key! How dare you pray on the poor/mentally challenged?

I purchased my jaguar from a dealership in PA but after today having service at this location. I don’t see myself going anywhere else. I purchased a part on Wednesday, the part was here the next day and my service was completed the same day within an hour. The lobby was nice, the customer service was excellent and most importantly the job was done right and FAST. Love it !!!!!

Overall experience was one that left nothing but good impressions of the Union Park Jaguar service. Loaner car was made available and was waiting (Jaguar F-Pace, Hint Hint). The service manager was a total professional and I was treated not as just take a number and we will get to you in time, but as though I was an executive board member at Jaguar. The service was performed and I was notified promptly when it was completed. My car was washed and waiting when I arrived for pickup. Job well done.

I was very pleased with the service I received. My car had been parked for some time in damp conditions. It ran very rough and the check service light came on. The car did start running smoothly, but the warning light remained on. My local mechanic wanted to perform over $800 of repairs. I was skeptical, so I took it to Union Park Jaguar. After a thorough check it was determined that all the car needed was fuel injector cleaner at very minor cost. The car still runs very smoothly. Thanks, Union Park!

I had my X-Type serviced on Monday, June 20, 2016. The work was done as promised, on time and for less than the original estimate. The car was sparkling clean inside and out when I picked it up. Communication from the service department was accurate and efficient. I have found the Jaguar service department at Union Park to be consistently excellent over the last eight years that they have been attending to my X-Type. Very pleased.

These guys are truly top-notch. From sales to service, everyone is just is fantastic. Always greeted by name with a smile you can hear over the phone. The sales team is always ready to help but never feel pushy and the service department is informative and timely.

I had a problem with the automatic transmission on my 2003 S-Type Jaguar and took it to Union Park. Rather than a large bill for a rebuilt transmission, they reset the computer and so far that seems to be working. I give them high credit for taking the low cost route. As always, my car come back clean and looking new.

I am very happy with the work Union Park Jaguar did on my car. The pricing was very reasonable and the timeliness was great. I would recommend them for all of you Jaguar needs.

Dropping my jaguar off for service is like taking my baby home, although my Jaguar is an older model it gets treated as if it were bran new, Union Park always follow through .They explained and fix everything and the spa treatment for the car is amazing I have never had a bad experience when dealing with Union Park Jaguar and if I can be totally honest My wallet does not hurt after leaving the service department.

I know that I will get A1 service when I take my car to be serviced. They are are always kind and will explain to you in full detail about your car.

I havent had my car back for service yet ...... I have had a few questions answered by communicating via e-mail and the responses have been almost immediate and accurate with quality follow-up.

My experience was good except when trying to make my appointment online. I filled out the online request for services and no one contacted me after 2 days I had my wife call direct. And when she called the said she seen I put in for service but no one ever called me. But needless to say thanks for repairing my car. Because I normally go to Annapolis Maryland to have my car serviced. But since I live in Delaware I figured it make sense to use Union Jaguar, but again thanks for your prompt attention when I did drop off my car.Mr. Stanford Belfield
