Got stranded on Castle Hayne Road and was able to walk to Masseys Auto Repair. They quickly got me help and backed my car up to their garage. I had a spare put on in the morning and when I returned after work they had a new tire put on my rim and installed it. Great Group ove at Masseys. Felt very comfortable with them and will definitely refer them to my friends as well as use them in the future for any auto needs.

They are good at what they do but I get the feeling they exaggerate problems and prices in order to get you to pay more.

Great place would recommend

Spent $613 for 2 front brake calipers and hoses for my F250. Just over 2 years and less than 6,000 miles later I have to replace both of them again. Called the shop and talked to Rose and they wouldnt do anything, didnt even offer to cover labor costs for the new calipers and rotors my truck now has to have due to the calipers sticking. The shop that has my truck offers 3 year 36,000 warranty and will be getting all future business from me. Massey wont be working on my vehicles again.
