After Hurricane Florence flooded the area so bad I decided to trade in my 2015 Dodge Charger for a truck and noticed a very nice 2014 F150 on the D&E lot and just had to have it. Timing was at its worst though, since money was so tight after the storm I had very little to put down and I was upside down in the loan for the Charger. But Britany Bowes made it happen! I couldnt believe the deal I got on the truck and they offered me a lot more for the Charger than I was expecting! The process was painless and very fast! I highly recommend this dealership and Britany Bowes to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule. When I showed up for the service appointment I was told they were running behind because of an award presentation they had earlier in the day. Possibly the most deceptive sales experience of my 72 years assured me I was approved prior to coming to their lot told me my interest rate was much lower than what I was quoted by another dealer kept emphasizing the Christian values from the sales person she has since left D&E when it came time to do the paperwork they suddenly discovered they needed another $350 from me no explanation couldnt take the car to have it checked over by my mechanic not their policy I was told Im trying hard to think of 1 positive thing about the buying experience just cant come up with one make sure you have your ducks in a row before you make it drive to that lot remember an oral contract isnt worth the paper its written on caveat emptor

Customer service is A1 here! They really know how to make you feel at ease and let you ask anything you could possibly think of while car shopping. Bought a used car from them in Nov 2016 . family friend so trusted them. when inspected by three different mechanics/auto shops was told underside of car was rusted/from up north. I knew where car came from, but not the rusted part. obviously I thought disclosure was part of honest car sales, but the extent of the rust was never mentioned. also brakes made a noise, and there was bubbling on hood. they agreed to fix the bubbled hood and noisy rotor on the brake and did. unfortunately both came back less than a month after they were fixed. I thought I did my homework and thought I could trust them. WATCH OUT if buying used from them. will never go there again.

Friendly staff, very helpful. I live in New Bern but chose to buy here even though this dealership is an 1 1/2 + hours away from me and there are 2 dealerships much closer.. and that was due mostly to my interactions with the Sales Manager Thomas Hobbs! They were also quite accommodating to send a Salesman all the way here to pick me up as I had no trade in. Finally, I like the fact that they are a dedicated stand alone Mitsubishi Dealership that specializes in that line, as opposed to some Mitsu dealers who offer the line with several other brands.

We were all set to sell our car here. We came in and got a quote for $9,500. We told them we would be back next week once we got all of our paperwork squared away. When we returned to sell the car the dealership was mysteriously under new management. The supposed new management did not honor their original offer and only offered us $8,000 for a car that could easily be sold for over $11,000 retail. DO NOT buy or sell anything at D & E, they may be the worst in Wilmington.

We bought a used Civic from D&E about 6 years ago, and Im still bringing it here for scheduled maintenance because they are always quick and go above and beyond for great service. My car isnt even a Mitsubishi, but because we bought it there we get lifetime oil changes. Ive been neglecting to fill up my wiper fluid after being empty for a month or two, and while getting my oil change, they topped it off for me! D&E service is nothing short of awesome.

We spent nearly a month reviewing various vehicles. Kelli Watson was the ONLY agent who allowed us that time and she gave us reviews/carfax and attention. When we were ready to make our purchase, she made sure the car was ready, clean and detailed. The process was easy because she listened to us and did her homework to make the sale. I will go there again when we need another vehicle and I will seek out Kelly. This is a no stress dealership. We have purchased many cars in our 33 years together, but this was the best experience ever.

Awesome service.I took my 2010 GMC Acadia to D&E to be serviced,due to a check engine light. The light had been on for a year, I took it to three other mechanic shops, including the manufacturing service department. Every place would say that it was fixed, but in two days the light would come back on. I almost gave up hope until I took it to D&E. They, like the other shops told me what the codes where,but the difference with them is that they actually fixed the problem! Almost two months later and no check engine light. I would recommend them to anyone.
