I had an appointment for oil change and tires rotated. Service was fast,I asked at the the desk, did you rotate the tires? Yes. One of my tires has a cut on the side, I hit the curve, that tire is still in the same spot. I was changed for tire rotation. I dont wanna go anywhere that I cant trust the people. Ill take that lost and never go there again.

I took my car in for an inspection and was greeted with a smile...not to mention an adorable Lab.The customer service was outstanding. Best experience I’ve had at a car repair shop. Was out of town and they patched my tire that had a nail in less than 20 minutes and didn’t try to sell me a new tire.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. A friend recommended Rob and his team to me a couple years ago and I’ll never go anywhere else. When my Ford Focus transmission went bad, they told me they could fix it, but to take the time to determine the value of my car before I sunk more money into a car that may not be worth it. He was right, I ended up trading out my car for another used car. Because they chose to do the honest thing and not the most profitable thing for them, I always know I can trust them and will continue to do so as long as I’m in Wilmington. They are all honest, friendly, and go the extra mile for their customers. We recently purchased a vehicle through Rob Curtis at Auto Wholesale in Wilmington. The purchase experience is great. Their no pressure sales approach is excellent. We test drove several vehicles alone, which allowed us time to evaluate and discuss each vehicle, without a salesperson tagging along trying to sell us a particular model. We went here to get a new car for my 21 year old son. We saw what he wanted online and it was a Sunday.and the day before Memorial Day. We were not sure if they were open on Memorial Day so I sent them a Facebook message and they got right back to me with their hours. We called the minute they opened on Monday and quickly got the car put on hold. It was easy to get the keys and test drive and look at the car without any pressure from the sales person. He was very kind and friendly and laid back. We had a trade in that they gave us a great price for as well. Saved us the hassle of trying to sell it on our own. I cannot express enough how easy, fair and honest my experience was in working with Auto Wholesale and with Rob Curtis. If you are in need of minor vehicle repair in the Wilmington area, I would highly recommend these guys. My daughter is in college there and her car broke down. They were extremely nice on the phone and my daughter felt very comfortable there. After I had it towed there, they replaced the starter, replaced an oil pan gasket, changed the oil and did the state vehicle inspection all in a matter of hours for an extremely reasonable price. She picked up her vehicle that same day. We are very pleased with their service.

Bought a used car here at the end of November. The day we got it home we noticed a taillight was out and the driver seat heater wasnt working. Luckily it should still be covered under manufacturer warranty, but now its our problem to remedy.Just be careful to fully inspect what you can prior to purchase yourself, and ask them to provide one for anything you cant inspect personally.Otherwise seemed like a fair dealership. Nice people, many cars, fair prices.

Just ask for the keys to test drive and they let you go on your own. Which is great! No preplanned route with a ride along. You can drive it on the roads and conditions you experience everyday. i drove around town in heavy traffic and then went up I40 for a good run. Bought a BMW 328Xi. Could not find one for 150 miles with such low miles at such a great price.

I test drove 3 cars and set in 3 others (didnt care for them enough to test drive) and found all to be in excellent condition with very low mileage. I know the car I bought was not new but a 2016 Nissan with only 3400 miles was close enough to new for me especially considering the savings!

The sticker prices read lower than other dealerships...but theyre not really..I went to 5 different dealerships and decided to drive 1.5 hrs to this one because of their seemingly low prices. In the end (after all the fees and taxes) it was the same prices other dealerships were giving me. They dont budge on their prices either. The reason i say its okay is because theyll just give you the keys to tesst drive the cars. theyre very laid back here, but very busy!

Horrible experience. They sold a car right from under me. I came in to test drive a few cars and fell in love with one in particular. We crunched numbers and came up with a plan. I left after 5pm and went home to secure insurance. Paid for insurance that evening. Had to work first thing the next morning but told him I would be back at lunch. By 11 am they had sold the car. No warning or anything. I would have showed up at 8 am to buy it had they told me someone else was interested. They could have sold two cars but I guess they didnt feel like they needed to. Their loss. 😡

No haggle pricing and non-forceful sales tactics made my purchase of today the easiest in my 40 years of purchasing automobiles. I selected my car by reviewing a vast array of advertisements through CarGurus and Autotrader - without fail their vehicles were well described and presented. Upon arrival John Canoutas simply drove the car, a 2017 Honda CRV Touring SUV, to the front of the dealership - opened the door and allowed us to spend time looking over the car and of course, test driving. The car matched the description as advertised and drove/looked like new!!! Financing was spot on - 2.99% and he even absorbed some of the negative equity with-in my trade. Again, no hassle-no running back and forth to the sales manager-no running back and forth to the finance department----the salesmen do it all!! Indeed these guy are the gurus of the auto business. All kinds of stuff3.5L V6 with 268 Horse Power for $20,000thats 5 grand cheaper than anywhere else, and we looked around for weeks. This car is fast, never knew a Camry would be so fast.Tim helped us out, was a pretty good guy and didnt hassle us when we first got there.so, I cant complain. We love the Car!O yeah, 3.99%
