My Subaru Forester required some exhaust work after 103,000 miles. They checked it and replaced only the few areas that needed it at a cost that was a relief considering the estimates I had been given to replace everything when much of the exhaust system was fineThe best part of dealing with Aaron’s was that they fixed a vibration issue that had nothing to do with the initial repair. The heat shield was the culprit. They tac welded it but the noise continued. Took it back a second time and after a test drive, did additional welding and then used screws to tighten it up even more. The packing around the heat shield had come out and the resulting gap was the problem. Again, nothing to do with the initial repair, but fixed it anyway. Polite and accommodating the entire process. All at no charge to fix a problem they really didn’t have to. I even offered to pay something for the time and effort but they refused. I’ll be a customer whenever needed and glad to recommend Aaron’s without hesitation.

I brought my vehicle in which had a 240 code saying my catalytic converter was damaged and so I asked them to figure out why I was running rough and if the catalytic converter needs to be changed and thats what we would do. Well I dropped my truck off early and they called me a little while later and said your truck still running a little rough but we change the converter youre going to have to take it to a mechanic to get it fixed. So I took it to another mechanic and now theres another code that reads p136 that wasnt there before which has to do with exhaust manifold and o2 sensors at the catalytic converter. Why they wouldnt fix that or tell me about it or just change the catalytic converter and thats it I have no idea I paid $290 and Im seriously upset about it. Im bringing it to this new mechanic on Monday that comes well recommended and hes going to let me know exactly why what was done to the car was done and why what wasnt done that was supposed to be done. My suggestion is I went into Aarons thinking I would leave with a fixed vehicle and all they did was fix a symptom of a problem and informed me nothing about it just that they think its a misfire and a mechanic has to look at it. BE WARNED, I WAS TOO I WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO CAPE FEAR MUFFLER ON MARKET STREET!

My Truck failed an emissions test due to a leaky gasket in the exhaust just down the road and I was in a pinch so I ran down to them and since they had no one on the racks they puled me right in and had it done in 30 minutes! (I know you cant expect that all the time) but the girl at the front desk was VERY knowledgable and quick and professional and Aaron (who did the work) was very personable and he pulled me over to show me exactly what was wrong! Aaron was so nice after my old muffler fell off! He called me with price quotes and I had my car back the next day. My car has never sounded so good! He also let me know about other sounds in my car(its old) and gave me a quote if I ever wanted it worked on but told me its not necessary. He definitely knows what hes doing and I trust him.

Just had my catalytic converter replaced after my car failed inspection and Aaron’s gave me quotes that were not only reasonable compared to other shops, but ended up being the best case scenario out of the two quotes in my estimate. The receptionist is super friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I was able to pick a time that was convenient to me, within a day or so of when I stopped in to get an estimate. They took my car right in at my scheduled time and finished up much quicker than I was expecting, which left me more than enough time to go back and have my car inspected in the same day. Will definitely return for any other exhaust needs for my car in the future!

Needed a catalytic converter for my van. They were very helpful. Part needed to be ordered and was there in 2 days. They said to drop it off, as it would take 4 to 5 hours for repair. They called after 3 hours and said it was finished. Pleasant surprise.

Had my catalytic converter replaced at a very reasonable price! Everything was done as stated, on time and as quoted. Had a minor hiccup at checkout but the mechanic pushed the easy button and all was solved. Would recommend this location without reservation!

Honest and straight forward. Went in due to a break in my exhaust pipe. Pointed out that it was little more than a few bolts that has rusted out. Welded two new pieces on for about $60 and took him less than an hour. Will definitely come back in the future.

Again people, just my experience. I have been to this show totally of three time and each time there seems to be a lot of tension. Ok so today I show up a day ahead of schedule to see if possible to work into schedule or at least diagnosis of problem before 2nd storm hits the area. The guy behind the desk heats nothing and I say ok Ill just come back at appointment time and it escalated from this point. I was called all kinds of names. Not the first time Ive had a bad reception at this location. Anyways might be the best shop in town but if attitudes arent right you dont get my service. My exhaust rusted in two where the pipe goes into the muffler. It is the original exhaust on a 12 year old truck thats not driven daily, so I didnt want to put a lot into it, so I asked for the cheapest fix possible. They replaced the section of pipe and a new stock muffler as promised. No surprises and did not try to upsell me on replacing the entire system .I will recommend Aarons to anyone.
