I wanted to give a positive review to this company, which I don’t do very often unless I feel service is exceptional. I dealt with Amy and my experience couldn’t have been better. I had inquired online about insurance rates and shortly after received a call. I have been with liberty mutual for at least 6-8 years. During that time my rates had almost doubled. She quoted me insurance for five homes that I own and four automobiles. She was quick, knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to lower my rates by thousands of dollars. I walked into Tara’s office a year ago, with a mission! My previous insurance company was charging me an arm and a leg and I needed a change. My Agent Angelica was more than exceptional, STELLAR at best! She was very kind, empathetic to how much I was spending on Homeowners and Full Coverage and ended up saving me 130.00 a month on my policies and I even ended up getting MORE coverage! Tara was in the office that day and introduced herself and welcomed me aboard the State Farm Family! Called for a quote after my previous insurance company(who every time you called the local number, the phone was answered by somebody in Tampa) raised rates by $100. Amy answered all my questions, was very professional and courteous, and a change was made to State Farm. Will have to see about the coverage, but the agency was first rate.

Both Angie and Tara have been a pleasure to work with over the last year. They are highly responsive and respectful, which are crucial characteristics in my opinion.

I had an issue with my boat. Spoke to Tara and she asked for an estimate. Although Shorts Marine took a month to get me said estimate, she was checking in, gathering details, etc. that would help expedited things once Shorts got themselves together....got the estimate, Tara processed the claim, I got a call from an adjuster the next day, and a check went out. This is how you do business. If I could put 10 stars I would. Go to Tara for all of your insurance needs, she treated me like family and I wont forget it!
