Jim Walsh is very responsive and detailed. I thought I had the best coverage and rates until I met Jim Walsh. In my opinion, Jim is 10 stars not 5!

I switched my car insurance to Jim earlier in 2021 due to the competitive rates and coverage. I have limited knowledge when it comes to the insurance business so I presented Jim with my insurance page to compare vs SF. He was cheaper for identical coverages but he walked me through the why. Also, SF is accepted by more places vs my prior provider, so that made the switch a no brainer.Fast Forward to August (2021), and my HOI premium for the next 12 months came in and rose quiet significantly. I followed the same process, only said Here Jim, beat this and you got my business. Low and be hold, not only did he reduce my HOI, but since I bundled, my car insurance dropped, so all in my yearly expense was reduced.Win Win!Jim is extremely knowledgeable and professional and provides his clients the attention they need and deserve. Im always skeptical when working through any insurance (simply because I do not know enough about the industry) but I am very comfortable working with Jim and his team. They deserve the max stars Google allows...5 Stars all around!!!

I was in the market to find life insurance and to see what was out there. When I called to get some information Lisa answered the phone in a pleasant and well manor way, after getting my information she informed me that she will transfer me over to a licensed life agent. After speaking with Lisa and Julia I decided to go ahead and get a life insurance policy with State Farm. What made me decide was the friendly demeanor they have, they don’t pressure you into doing something your not ready for, and are very informational.

So Jim Walsh has been more than helpful in finding me insurance. I am a 23 year old college graduate who is just starting to take on responsibilities like insurance myself. This is a daunting task, or it seemed like it would be until I spoke with Jim. I am usually not one to leave reviews but I was blown away from the customer service I received with this branch. Not only did Jim help me get the greatest rate possible with discounts and other incentives, but he just was a pleasure to speak with. AND had some very valuable advice for a young man like myself. I will continue to insure through Jim for years to come and I would certainly recommend him to somebody else. Thanks for all the great service!!

I had an awesome experience with this agent. I purchased a van yesterday, called my insurance agent and added it to my policy. Twenty minutes later, the agent called me back to say he couldnt insure it because it was a commercial vehicle. ??? Its for my personal use but no matter. He referred me to a State Farm agent. This was about 3:30pm. The dealer was delivering the van to me at 5pm but wouldnt do so unless I could provide proof of insurance. Excitedly, all day I anticipated my vans arrival but now I was quite sure it wasnt going to happen. Not ten minutes after I hung up from my agent, Sabrina in Jim Walshs office CALLED ME. Holy Mackerel! I wont detail all the back and forth calls to me, the underwriter, the dealer etc. I will tell you this gal was energetic, pleasant, understanding and relentless in making the calls to get this done. She wasnt concerned with her 5pm quitting time because I asked her when she had to leave. She could have said well have to finish this tomorrow, sorry. But she didnt. She handled all the details, sent proof of insurance to the dealers office and I got my van at 5:05pm. You dont find service like this often. No message machines...no monkey business and a follow up call this morning to ensure I loved my van and that I received the e-mails Sabrina sent me last night. Did not cancel my insurance policy when asked but I was told it was handled. Took money for a policy on a car I no longer owned on a policy supposedly canceled weeks ago and caused me financial hardship. Ladies in office will lie to get you off the phone. This was the cause of all these issues. Had to work with my bank to get the money back so my bills arent late. DO not use this agency.
