I find that the office personnel at Joe Williams Jr State Farm Insurance are very attentive to their customers. I truly like that! Customer Service is a priority for me and they are great with customers and I am a witness to that. I always have received timely callbacks if I have to leave a voice message. I can pay my premium payment over the phone with a real live person which is rare these days and it is welcome change. I even have requested to have my receipts mailed because I dont have access to a printer, especially important in these days of Covid19. Thats true Customer Service!! Continue to be Customer Service oriented staff, Carol Black, Joe Williams Jr and all the staff of this company.

They suck been waiting a week for a call back and the dumbass still hasnt called back, the receptionist is stupid in their paperwork it says do not contact another number and they still contact the wrong number I called and asked about my policy he tells me he cant find it that I do not have a policy with them I turn around call statefarm and guess who does have a policy with State Farm me tells you how smart they are. Its really easy to change your agent just called c/s file a complaint and they will be removed
