My experience with Allstate Insurance with Provey Powell, Jr. has been an excellent experience thus far. I have been with this agency for almost two years. I started off with Renters Insurance and later got Auto Insurance. I was get savings by having Auto and Renters together. I appreciate that I am able to get a knowledgeable person on the phone to assist me whenever I call into the office. I also appreciate that someone is there to assist me whenever I might need to come into the office. The best part about Allstate Insurance - Provey Powell, Jr. is the interactive website, that allows me to take care of payments and allows me access to all of my documents at any time. If ever I hear of family and friends shopping around for insurance, I do not hesitate to refer them to Allstate with Provey Powell.

The representatives were impolite and unprofessional. They were demeaning with their language and did not allow me to speak while I attempted to address my questions. I believe there is no place for that in customer service, no matter your position. I hope that other customers do not experience what I did. Actively looking for another insurance. Unfortunately I cannot score 0 stars, or else I would.

I have never dealt with ALLSTATE INSURANCE and I am glad I dont, didn’t and won’t!!!! For several days now I have been trying to assist my son and his fiancée in dealing with an issue with insurance coverage. I have requested not once not twice not three time but more than a hand full of times for a simple letter showing dates of coverage. The first employee said she couldn’t even find the policy in the system, than after putting me on hold not once, not twice, not three times, but over a hand full of times “she so called found it” she was CLUELESS to what I was requesting than finally said oh ok I understand I will get it to you now! Well now came and went! Called in the next day the same situation! Today was even better. I spoke to someone who claimed to be the OFFICE MANAGER. I explained to her the same and she repeatedly kept asking me if what I needed was an FR19 form! I replied over and over again NO this is not for DMV this is for and explained yet again what it was for. She said I will send you a declaration page I answered over and over again NO I don’t need that it does not give what I needed. After explaining in English over and over and over again she still didn’t understand she was frustrated and so was I. This lady after requesting to speak with a supervisor told me she was the boss lol that was her word BOSS...i asked for a phone number to the owner and he did not have a number or no means to be able to contact him i said fine i will call corporate she stated “I DON’T CARE WHO YOU CALL OR WHAT YOU DO” so I responded that she needed to learn to speak English better because not only did she not listen to what was said because her mouth was trying to over talk me but SHE FAILED TO UNDERSTAND A CUSTOMER PERIOD and at the end of the day I didn’t understand her! Customer service lacks in this office and when speaking to the owners wife she said to me you maybe having an off day because her employees never have problems. Well well well the apple doesn’t fall to far from the tree truly a wrong response from the owner!! This is exactly why I had the experience I did the owner herself does not care and basically called me a liar!! Respect goes a very long way and that they do not have!! The reviews on this page are pretty much by there employees which says a lot!!!

Ive been an Allstate customer through other agencies since 2010 but Mr. Powell and his staff have been the most helpful in making sure that I understand how my insurance coverage works and explaining to me all of the coverage options available to me. They may not be the cheapest, but if you understand the concept of You get what you pay for, give the Powell agency a call and see what they can do for you.

They are not professionals, they lied to me, they said they would call me and they did not comply, I think that because I am Hispanic and do not speak English fluently.
