I recently moved to Delaware from New York. I asked my Allstate agent in New York if he would recommend an agency in Newark, Delaware and Brendas agency was recommended. i have not had any problems dealing with this office. I was given personal attention in getting all new policies. The office staff is friendly, courteous and provides answers to my needs in a timely fashion. I recommend this agency to others looking to Allstate to supply their insurance needs.

I had a renters policy that I asked to have cancelled on Dec 15, 2016 because I moved. I was told it was cancelled and Id receive my refund shortly (the policy was paid in full through Feb 2017). I stayed receiving calls from all-star asking me to pay my renewal bill and learned that my policy was never cancelled. I went through this three more times having to call the office back every few weeks. In the end my policy was still never actually cancelled, they just let the time run out on it & they cancelled it at the end of February for lack of renewal payment. Brenda never calls back and wont take my calls despite being in the office. Ive had to lodge formal complaints about this office through corporate to try and get my money back for remainder of the prepaid policy after December 15. Save yourself the headache, go with another office or company.

I have small business insurance with Allstate. I got quotes from other companies before contacting Brenda. We went with Allstate because they had the best rate and great customer service!

I am in total AWE that this agent had the nerve to send me a request to review her service. I would never recommend her to anyone, she took over her nephews business after he skipped town with no notice. She is RUDE and abrupt. I switched to the best agent in DE. Mr. Devane and his wife. Wonderful knowledgeable Christian team. The Admin agency should be closed down. I only gave her 1 star because it would not let me post without it!!!!! She deserves a ---10 stars
