Great people, I just got an alcolock installed.

I had to have a breathalyzer installed for a year. I had heard all the horror stories of people who had to have em in the past and I was really worried about what I thought it would be like. However, Alcolock in Wilmington put me at ease. First of all, the installation was free! I thought for sure that it was gonna cost a fortune and then I found out that it was only about 65$ a month! I had always heard in the past that it was at least a 100$. So once I realized that, my real only concern was what it was gonna be like having to actually drive with one. I wont sugar coat it, breathalyzers are finicky and can be set off by a large number of things. Anything from cologne to my E-cig could make it go off when I had to do a test before or while driving. I will say this though, The guys at wilmington Alcolock really CARE about your experience with their device and try to be as helpful as possible if theres a problem. So overall, after an entire year of having Alcolock in my truck, I had my ups and downs with having to drive with the it, but anytime I had a problem either the main office would help answer my questions and concerns or the guys at the wilmington branch would take care of it. I hope this post reaches and helps someone in the future navigate their way through having a breathalyzer, because it was actually a post that was as descriptive as im trying to be, that led me to Alcolock in the first place. So I hope Im able to pass on some insight that is helpful and I wanna really thank Wilmington Alcolock for all they have done for me. I have become a much more, safer and observant driver because of using alcolock and so as much as I dreaded having to have it, it did what it was meant to do. Ive been with alcolock for just over 2 years now, and I should be completing my program by the end of this year. Alcolock has a great product in comparison to the current market alternatives and the staff is great. The tech that initially installed my device and worked as my routine tech thereafter for a period of time has been great as well. Very knowledgeable, punctual and very professional. Installation went smoothly and monthly service appointments went fast yet thorough to ensure quality and time management for everyone involved. I believe his name was Jeremy and he was a very hard working guy who helps you understand the program process, and is readily available to assist customers while maintaining a professional atmosphere. I will recommend Alcolock to anyone who needs the service based on these experiences

The experience was terrible from sitting in the lobby the smell of cigarettes and no air conditioning the world is in a pandemic it wasnt sanitized there should be a wavier for using the same demonstrate devices it was a nightmare

Awful customer service. No one can answer questions on the weekend. No one can help you before 8:30am or after 5:30 pm even on weekdays. Shop is closed on Mondays. One of the biggest rackets and scams going on.
