Called once and it only rang once before someone answered. The guy on the phone was knowledgeable and priced everything out on the phone. Got the appointment set up and I paid once it was finished. Got to make sure the work was done correctly and I was happy before I paid, which I was. Reasonably priced for the great work.

I called after hours and Sano Steam was able to fit me in the next morning. The tech was very professional, friendly, and timely. They delivered perfectly on everything I had hoped/expected in the scope of service. I would recommend them to a family member/friend.

Sano Steam did an AMAZING job cleaning our carpets yesterday. I was actually shocked at how well they were able to clean some of the heavily soiled areas. They cleaned and sealed the tile and grout in three rooms. Did a very good job. Were on time, provided services in a professional manner and were reasonably priced. They also indicated where they could not bring back the grout to same level as the rest of the floors due to water damage. Even that area was dome to an acceptable level. Would hire them again.

The carpet was a disaster. My 90 year old mother in law fell and crawled to the bathroom pooping all the way. Sano was quick to help and not at all judge mental. When they left you could not even tell the unfortunate event even happened. Would use them again and again with no question!

Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. I just had my unit cleaned prior to moving in since the apartment complex refused. I noticed within seconds how cleaner and brighter the carpet was and the scent used made my unit smell so clean and sanitized. The process was smooth and efficient from beginning to end. I had my dryer vent cleaned, and I believe the techs name was Rafael. He was professional and courteous. My only complaint is that the floor got scratched when the dryer was moved out of the laundry room. I would use them again for other work, definitely.

Very professional and friendly folks. They did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They also double-checked on the fabric and durability before working on the furniture and rugs. The only thing I was surprised about was that they did not clean under anything that was left in a room. We didnt move out a couch, table, a big chair, beds, dressers, etc. so they were not cleaned underneath. In their defense, they may have mentioned it on the phone when setting up the appointment and we just missed it. Not a big issue, but now we know for next time. We will definitely use this company again!

Sano Steam was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and was just all around caring. I was having allergy issues with the carpet in my new apartment and they listened, educated me on their process, didnt overpromise, and then was as thorough as possible in hopes of resolving the issue. The kind lady who actually did the cleaning said she went over each section twice, she put plastic under my furniture legs to avoid any future damage to the carpet, and was genuinely hopeful that it would help! They are priced a little higher than some other local companies, but well worth the cost for quality, trustworthy work.

They answered all my questions before my service date, including helping me ensure the cleaning products were free of an ingredient I have a contact sensitivity to. Ursula was great; very professional and friendly. The carpet looks great after cleaning.The only reason I’m not rating 5 stars is that dry time is fairly extensive (quoted at 4-6 hours but several rooms were still damp after 7). I had ceiling fans and the HVAC fan running as recommended. The carpet and area rug were also stiff after drying. This was resolved by vacuuming however.Overall, I’d use Sano Steam again.

I had a dark brown gumbo stain on a yellow chair cushion. When I called Sano the lady said they’d try to get it out but couldn’t guarantee it would come out. I unfortunately don’t know the girls name that came to my house, but she did a great job. The large dark stain was practically gone. You really have to know it was ever there and look for it to see anything. Much better results than I had expected as the stain had been there awhile. Also, response to my call was prompt and I had tried calling several places before calling Sano. Some places never even return my call. Unfortunately, as nice as the employees were, I cannot recommend getting your rug cleaned by them. They were very helpful but were at least double the price of other similar services. After the clean, my rug still had the same smell and dust falling off of it. The rug didnt seem any cleaner after they left.

Ursula was our technician & arrived on time, wore a face mask the whole time she was at our home while cleaning our carpets. Very professional & explained upfront certain some stains would not come out of our older carpet. Rooms look & smell great after her hard work!

I called Sano carpet cleaning who is now J-Dog carpet cleaning. I used this company to clean two bedrooms. They were very polite and punctual. I had made the mistake of using too much soap when cleaning the carpets myself. It left a very sticky residue that was attracting even more dirt and making the carpet look worse. They came in and took their time to clean the carpet correctly. The carpets look practically new after they steam cleaned.I ended up calling this company again since I saw they offered air duct cleaning. I was worried that I potentially had mold and asked what they recommended. They had Chase come out and take a look at it before making a recommendation on what to do. Chase was very honest and said that he simply thought it was dust and did not recommend air duct cleaning at this time. I really appreciated his honesty and not charging us for something we did not need yet.Lynn at the office has also been very nice each time I called. I will definitely use this company again.
