John and Matthew did a very good job at cleaning all the ducts, vents and checking the crawl space . Two nice young men, knowledgeable about what they were doing and very polite.

Advanced air solutions came out to inspect my duct lines and talk to me about cleaning vs replacement (third company to give me an estimate). I couldnt be more impressed with how thorough and professional Colin and John were. Taking pictures, discussing options that worked for our budget/what should come first.. Sealed crawlspace vents, replaced ductwork, replaced insulation, remediated mold and installed dehumidifier. 2 guys did all of the work. Very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Showed up as promised( unusual for this area) and worked every day until the job was complete. All work done Neatly and correctly. Good honest service. Would highly recommend.

Advanced Air Solutions was recommended to me by the company that services my HVAC system. Colin showed up on time and also called ahead to let me know they were on their way (may seem minor to some, but is super helpful when you have kids and dogs). He was very professional. I believe I was given an honest opinion of the situation and the ability to decide on how to proceed without feeling pressured into any additional services than what I had originally scheduled, which I appreciate. I just had my homes air ducts and A/C motor vacuumed, cleaned and sanitized by Colin and Brannon of Advanced Air Solutions. The procedure was carefully explained beforehand and they then did a very thorough and professional job. I highly recommend them!

These guys were great. Colin came out and cleaned out all of the ducts after we finished our remodel. They were on time and very friendly. A few days after they left we realized that our dryer vent also needed to be cleaned. They came right out and did it at no charge. I highly recommend them!

I am extremely satisfied by the services I have received from Colin. For my first appointment I had requested that my air ducts be cleaned and sanitized. When the guys arrived, I told them that I planned to replace the flooring in three rooms. Colin recommended that I go forward with the sanitizing, but wait to have the cleaning done until after the flooring was done. That was excellent advise! They were out today and completed the cleaning. Had they performed the cleaning with the sanitizing, they would have needed to be cleaned again. To find a company with such integrity is wonderful. A friend initially referred me to Advanced Air Solutions for routine duct cleaning. As requested, Colin and his team came out to the house and upon inspection, they identified some significant water damage in the air duct lines that required remediation. He made some great recommendations and we determined a course of action. At my initiation, we also discussed the replacement of the heat pump. Colin and his team provided estimates for two options - he quoted me at a few thousand dollars lower than some of the other estimates I received and he provided a feasible payment plan that allowed for immediate installation while easing the financial burden - this part was significant as I was negotiating a stressful transition off of active duty. Colin and his team made it all possible and his crew of professionals did an excellent job of installing and replacing everything quickly. Everyone was also very kind and polite. I will continue using this company and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of air-related assistance!

I have the maintenance program. Rich comes out every 6 months to check out system. Hes always on time, polite, professional and friendly. I look forward to catching up with him each visit. Love these guys! Theyve bailed me out twice when my dryer vent was clogged and diagnosed a problem in the dryer vent cap. Always on time, and so friendly!

Do not use for air duct cleaning. They do not have proper equipment or knowledge to clean entire system. Very nice and very expensive for a JV service.

We used this company first for cleaning out duct work inside then we had them put down a moisture barrier. This is a company that STANDS behind their work. They come back everytime you call them they are very responsible and do a wonderful job. I am so happy we have a moisture barrier under our house and we chose Advanced Air out of Wilmington to do the work.Lou Pope

This is the most professional group with true integrity. Colin did an outstanding job cleaning all my ductwork. He was knowledgeable, courteous and went beyond in touching base about how to deal with potential water damage/mold.Mike, his colleague, came out to look at potential mold or water damage and was honest, knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me on work that was unnecessary. The other company, Pride, played on my fear of hidden damage but there was no water source in the areas they said I needed tested. Mike was explained why he believed additional testing was not needed. It’s nice to know that companies still exist that act in good faith for their customers.

Very professional job done by Jeff Stokley and his staff. Prices are reasonable and work was done timely and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

Be prepared for the cost. Colin and his associate were in my house for about 10 minutes, stuck a hose down my air return for five minutes and charged me $200. They had found a small amount of mold in my unit. I was in shock.

Customer service was great! Tech was great!

They came out and cleaned our ducts and coil (which was cleaned very minutely I might add) They were ok and broke down the services they would be providing. The guy that came out said they would be getting back to me about an estimate on further work needing to done on the main trunk running through my home and I never heard back from them. I was told that on the 2nd of August and it is now August 16. Now I have to find someone else to come out and pay them to get an estimate and do the work. Not to mention my husband was very unhappy with the job they did cleaning the coil (it looked as dirty as it was before they touched it) and I definitely did not appreciate the mess that was left behind in each room. I was very disappointed.

I had an appointment with Advanced Air Solutions and they stood me up! The office called to say the guys were running a little late, then they never showed at all! I called several times but could never get an answer or a response to my messages. So glad I stayed home from work to meet these guys. Thanks a lot!
