The actual skill level is very good and the polish was applied nicely, but I drove out here for the beautiful decor and was expecting service to match; but instead was not greeted and the job felt very rushed. They were done within 30 minutes on a service that usually takes about an hour with a complete massage that didnt happen at all. This place has great potential with a little more attention to customer service. If you are looking for a QUICK quality polish this is the spot.

Lovely people and what a cute place.

Learned about the relatively new salon from a friend who gifted me several certificates for my birthday. The location and ambiance are extremely pleasant and cozy, immaculate and made in good taste.My technician was wonderful on both occasions; very detail-oriented, talkative and a genuine woman.However, I was told that a certain certificate only applied to a regular manicure, as she proceeded to give me a regular mani, rather than the desired no-chip mani. The certificates are blatantly vague, detailing no restrictions other than to not combine other offers, and subjected me to receive the mani which was not my choice. Nowhere on the certificate does it mention reserved for regular mani only. Retailers have an obligation to provide customers with transparency and, if they must adjust their marketing materials to do so, they should.Lastly, I requested for partial tip to be left on my card, given my sparse cash for tip. The receptionist appeared bewildered at such offer and refused to tip on my card; simply used the meager cash amount. This was downright embarrassing to me and rude to the technician who had done the work. Such practice is a huge deterrent and may likely be the cause of customer loss, as in my case.

Coco Nails is a wonderful, peaceful spa experience! I don’t know what the other reviewer didn’t like.
