Wonderful service. Accommodating. Don’t come in the afternoon because you will fall asleep during the massage. Both technicians were extremely friendly. My nail tech (Mary) with the glasses was super nice and did such a great job on my first pedicure post-pandemic!!!! Great attention to detail, clean tools, relaxing environment. Excellent color selection.

I love Friendly nails. They are absolutely meticulous, and I always get the extra massage, which is awesome every time. I tried so many places in the area before finding Friendly nails, and I will never go anywhere else.

I hate this place! I got tips and powder which is supposed to stay on for a month and didn’t even last for a week! It took 3 hours for them to finish I had to go back to the store to finish them, and one of my tips got chipped in the IN THE STORE and they had to do that nail 3 times after that!It costed $50!I will never go back!

First time for everything. Had a manicure and pedicure there. My toes and hands needed it. Very good service. Wish they took AMEX.

Very knowledgeable artists!!! They pamper you in their relaxed and modern styled salon from start to finish. I always love my cut and style when I leave.

They talk about people in their language. Owner is sweet. One other women with glasses is a witch! She put 3 coats of a no chip color on, when I usually get 2. I told her to take it off. She proceeded to take a file to wet polish and actually went back and forth on my skin til it bled. Will never go back! I found a wonderful place and I can see now what bad manicures Friendly nails does!

Wonderful service, only one issue.Wish they had a sign reading:Please Be Courteous of our clients: No cell phone Use. Thank You.This should be obvious. I had to listen to a loud women talk health issues for 5 min, I asked the owners to please ask her to end her conversation,but they were very reluctant to do so.....Thus the 5 min.Then, this same lady puts her phone on speaker to have another 5 min. conversation.about money.REALLY?We all want to escape health issues, finances and other daily problems.I have seen people cover the phone with there hand, speak softly and end a conversation in 20 seconds. Thank You. But please, post a sign for those who have no idea how annoying they are.Sorry to vent about what should have been a 5 Star rating. Pointing to asign will help those who have no manners.

For my taste this is the nicest nail salon in Wilmette, and I have visited almost all of them at one time or another. Just the basic well done manicure/pedicure, without unnecessary frills.The shop is immaculately clean and bright (no old outdated magazines sitting around). The staff are friendly. My manicure here is noticeably nicer than at the other shops.

The Haute Nail Spa in Wilmette its my favorite nails place in the area, its super clean, use organic products that I like the best and the stuff are really friendly and welcoming.Id been visiting the place since they re-open many times and Im returning every time when I am in the area.
