Big shout out to ANDY! Shape, thickness, color...PERFECTION! Might I also add durable. In the two weeks since I’ve had my nails done, I’ve planted two 30 gallon pots with flowers, cleaned my house from top to bottom, cleaned my garage, and yet they still look amazing. First two picture was day one. Second set of pictures is day 14.

Amy was amazing! She was so sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted. I gave it a 4 initially because the wait time is pretty rough, but i changed to a 5 bc the Staff is super nice and the nails are too popping. This set of nails is about a week and a half old. Still looking good! The neon colored nails are new.

Great place. They always do what I ask and its either same price as everywhere else or a little cheaper. Theyre accommodating when I bring my youngest.

Called and set a reservation. When I showed up, they had no record of it and didnt seem to care. Have enjoyed going elsewhere across the street ever since.

They used to be good...NOT ANYMORE..rude and unprofessional...when you call and make an appointment they should provide the service. Instead I was told to come back another day after driving 35 min. They did how, tell the walk-in who came in after me that they could wait and be serviced. Was a loyal customer spending a decent amount of money and good tips here. Will NEVER go back and will spend my money elsewhere.. Go to Artistic nails..much better, cleaner, more professional and quality service

They did a great job! We were on vacation and decided to get our nails done! When we went in they took us right away even though they were very busy. The music was very relaxing, and i felt so comfortable the entire time. They did our nails perfect! And were super sweet:) I would 100% recommend and I hope to come again soon.

City Nails is the best nail shop in Williamsburg. The whole team is phenomenal, I love them all (Danny, Vi, Amy, Andy & Len) do great work. This is only place I have been going to for years, and I leave happy everytime. Highly highly recommend!

This place is my favorite for nails in Williamsburg, my acrylics are always so well done, last so long, and are so well priced. The technicians are always ok with doing fun designs for me too and execute amazingly when I show them a picture!

Reasonable price for good quality service, but used very little lotion and extremely short hand massage with the standard manicure. Wasnt clear that everything was sterilized prior to use, but seemed professional enough for me to not worry. Polite and professional staff. Very busy. Wish they had more regular nail polish color selection.

Awesome place! Came here on a recommendation from a friend and it is awesome! They were very busy but super accommodating and had a wide variety of colors and styles to choose from. Would definitely come back again and tell a friend!

Rude when busy.... I walked in here and was ignored. I observed that All techs were busy. But then when they finally acknowledged my presence in their business they were rude with me.... (“what u want”, “is it a pedicure or a full set, which is it u want”) I then asked how long the wait was.... this is the response “I don’t know, 20, 30 minutes”.... 🧐🙄there was a un-wanted feeling, so I left and went to Queen Nails and spa across the street. All techs were busy but they acknowledged me and set and appointment so I could get my nails done. Simple. No need to be rude....

@Jessica Sharp I was there that day getting my nails done for my grandmother’s funeral and witness you come in as a walk-in ( I was a walk-in patiently waiting) You were on your phone as you walked in, I noticed the Tech Danny look up at you he did not acknowledge you right away because you were on your cell phone. Once he noticed your mouth not moving than yes your statement was true when you said he asked “ what you want or what you getting “ he was not rude he speaks to everyone that way, you we’re giving an estimated time for your wait when that didn’t satisfy you he gave you the option to come back later that day, when he couldn’t give you an exact time to return YOU gave the attitude NOT ONE EMPLOYEE was rude to you that day. If that glass door to City Nails could slam YOU would have did just that when you walked out that day. You were sooooo loud on that phone yelling ( to whoever) about City Nails not being able to service you at your beck & call that I heard you from the parking lot after the door closed completely.......Soooooo who sounds like the ignorant person in this situation.. well the TRUTH is this...what you posted on this review it a lie straight from the devil but as a follower of the True Jesus ( Yahshua) I bring the Truth!!

They do okay work but the prices seem to keep going up I got a full set that werent even long and they charged me $40. For this same thing just a few months ago I was only charged $32... Why such a change in pricing? I never paid this much for a full set there and they also only have limited things they can do so this is not the place to get the latest trends. I asked for a simple ballerina shape but what she considered ballerina obviously wasnt but I picked up that she was confused so I just went ahead and let her do it, it was a coffin shape.

Not only did I wait 45 minutes for a 12 o’clock appointment I had made, once the technician found out that I didn’t want a high dollar service, he rushed through my nails, they’re not all shape the same, some of them are super thick, the nail polish was so Shawty I had to take it off at home. So I paid for a set of uneven unpainted nails, $40! Never again!

Not much on atmosphere, but the prices are great. Ive been going to City Nails for years and Danny is the best!

OMG!!!!!! THE BEST IN WILLIAMSBURG!!!Prices are reasonable and the designs are modern and creative. The other nail shops in Williamsburg always rush and so an extremely poor job. City Nails is the best hands down.

This place changes prices every time I go. There’s no way a fill in cost as much as a full set ! My nails break within days, they never seem to last ! They make so many excuses, to have you end up paying more than what the price board lists!

Best nail place in Williamsburg! I just moved back to the area after being gone for 6 years. The new location is beautiful. They moved down in the same shopping center. It was nice to see familiar faces. The prices are great too, not too expensive.

I went here the other day, got a gel manicure and pedicure. It was reasonably priced ($44) but the store in general looked dirty. The carpets, the equipment, the whole store just seemed dated. I think Id go back if I needed a nail emergency or if it was something simple. Not anything for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! They always do SUCH an amazing job! I’ll never get my nails done (or my eyebrows waxed) anywhere else!! I’ve gone in several times w a design from Pinterest and my nails ALWAYS look better than the picture!! 10/10 would recommend!!

V has been doing my nails for over 12 years now. Shes amazing shes the best. A drive from Norfolk all the way to Williamsburg to get my nails done there. Never disappointed. Its worth the 45-minute drive to get excellent service! V knows that I love my glitter gel nail polish nail polish LOL! I love it so much that she calls me Sparkle when I come in. Her husband Danny is awesome as well. he does wonderful nail color tricks and surprises me with something new and unique. My girls and I love getting our nails done at City Nails. we feel so pampered every visit.

Great place to get your eyebrows done!!!! The guy who did my nails, didn’t do a great job. He could not understand English. Prices are great!!!! And friendly environment

Danny is the only person who can do my eyebrows exactly the way I like them! Period. As for nails, which is why I gave them 3 stars, not so good. Again Danny and his wife do a fantastic job I just wish they could do more. Ive been wanting coffin or stiletto nails for a while but Im either stuck going to some hood shop in Hampton or Newport News or having to travel to Norfolk or Virginia Beach. If they updated their shop and services they would definitely be a 5 star experience.

The worst place I’ve even been. I went to get gel on my nail, they recommended me something else (more expensive), but I kindly refused. Then the person became so rush, and even cut my skin while removing the dead skin, my finger still keep blooding now and it hurts a lot. I will never recommend it to my family or friends.

I have been here twice now ya I know maybe that isn’t enough to judge a place but Amy is amazing, I’ve had her both times and she doesn’t disappoint, i think I finally found my new nail spot!

I love this place so much it’s not really pricey and their is amazing work, but they could give new nail style choices but is ok I still love that place. They treat people so kind and Danni is amazing at eyebrows and his Wife is really good at nails. I hope that this helps

Not impressed. I went in for a manicure and a paraffin wax treatment. Easy to me. I wasn’t spoken to the entire manicure. When my wax was applied the tech went to do another girls nails directly beside me. Felt too close for COVID and I ended up taking off my paraffin wax myself. It was 25 for a manicure with no polish and paraffin. Overpriced. Go elsewhere

The attention is good, the service good. You do not have to pay much attention to the website that needs to be updated a little.
