Dont waste your time calling, they never pick up or answer messages. I have tried for a week to get an appointment and never got a call back despite all my unanswered calls and 2 messages. Go literally anywhere else for service.

Youd be surprised how hard it is to find someone to cut mens hair well. Or maybe surprised at how picky I am about my haircut. My favorite is Tracy. I just show a picture of what I looked like on my wedding day and were off. I will even skip work in the middle of the day if that is the only appointment I can get with her. Fantastic. And all of them have great senses of humor.

Outstanding salon, with wonderful, warm atmosphere and stylists with ubnflagging can-do attitude and consistent professionalism. Would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for excellence in getting their hair looking as fantastic as it possibly can.

I have been coming here every month since they opened, what brings me back besides the reliably good haircut? its the personalities of the women who work there. I am always welcomed by name, the conversation is personalized and sincere and in my opinion, it is the absolute best hair salon in Williamsburg specializing in mens haircuts.

Gave me a sloppy, jagged cut that looked terrible no matter what I did with it. Skip this place and go to Tru Cuts on Monticello instead. They do a MUCH better job and are much cheaper.

Rude and pricey for a standard cut. Its as if they think theyre the only place to get a haircut in town. Ive gone just about everywhere and Tru Cuts remains the best option.

Went in and took a seat awaiting a greeting or assistance. Waited 10 minutes before anyone bothers to ask if we have an appointment. We werent even asked if wed like to make an appointment. No signage to illustrate that appointments are needed. We didnt need an appointment on our last visit. Poor experience to say the least.
