I have been coming to Well Cut You since a February and have had Jen as my hair stylist each time. She has always been friendly, professional and accommodating. Jen is very talented and has been working with me on my hair journey to take my hair from deep red back to a platinum blonde. Every time I have left her salon my hair has been beautiful. I am very happy to have this local salon.

Jenn, the owner, is the only person in Williamsburg, VA who can color my hair without burning it or turning it orange! I have been to several of the more expensive salons over the past 15 years, all of which burned or turned my hair orange, despite my warning them that my hair was fragile. I cant say enough good things about Jenn!

Rude, Im sure they treat their repeat clients wonderful, we are from out of town, we attempted to get our son a quick cut, they let my husband know immediately that he did not have reservations, never offered information as to where we might go close by, and seemed to have their noses in the air. A nice smile, and a polite demeanor to everyone that walks in the door would be a basic expectation.
