Lynette is the most helpful person Ive ever met. She always so busy. But never too busy to help a customer. She always goes above and beyond.

Not too busy. Quick check out for a Saturday morning. Lots of items I needed were out if stock but got most of my list.

Very friendly staff they help me each week. The Freezer manager Mike is so nice! And Amy is the store manager she is nice also and will try to order stuff in for you if they dont have it.

Nice helpful staff this store is much better than the Bethlehem store where the service and the stocking are bottom of the barrel as well as the management there

I can’t always find what I’m looking for either because you don’t have it or it’s low in stock and I noticed prices are inching their way up

Love Restaurant Depot....fresh veggies way less than the supermarket...

Waited for over an hour to get boxes down for me. What a joke! I left empty handed.... go to Maines down the road. Give them the business. The management is a joke!

Great place to shop its open to the public right now they should leave it open to the public with a membership just Sams club just dont have it open to business people you can make alot more money having regular people come in too

This location is Miles ahead of the one in Bethlehem. Much better managed much friendlier senior staff. I couldnt give them five stars because just like Bethlehem there are more out of stocks than they should be but not nearly as many as Bethlehem

The Receptionist Joy was a Real Joy to talk with. She was the most Pleasant person I had spoken with all day. Great Job

I understand this is a newer store, but it is lacking many staple products from the RDs in Jersey. Also, there is no fresh fish section. I would not return because of this.

This place was really cool. Ive never entered a building quite like this one. Ive seen stores and ive seen warehouses but Ive never been to a mixture of the two (yes, Ive never been to Sams club and the like). It was nice and cool inside which was wonderful considering how hot it was outside. It appeared very busy, both with customers and employees.I had showed up for an interview that they didnt know was scheduled, but I got to meet the manager in a situation many dont and I got to say, she was wonderful. While the position was already filled, she was great and Im glad I had the time to meet.The selection in the store is massive, I cant picture a store or restaurant coming here and not finding what they needed. Id recommend this place to anyone.

Prices are definitely going up

The staff at the wilkes barre location are so friendly always greeted with a hello and a smile. I always have a good experience shopping here. The guys outside are helpful with helping to load the vehicle. I highly recommend this place, prices are great also.

Restaurant depot is my happy place. It can take hours to look over and through everything.

Great prices,bulk items for restaurants, prices I have never seen before,will go again when I need a lot of food. Friendly service, very helpful even when you come out to your car to unload your items.

Every time you go there the prices for their products go up.

To long of a wait, aisles very crowded, stock on floor not put away, and since open to public you can shop, no real bargains

I’ve never been through the checkout line in less than fifteen minutes. Usually only one or two registers open with lines stretching through the aisles. Currently typing this while sitting in line.

The prices are great for bulk items. Only once the price didn’t match what was posted and I had a picture of the item on my phone and they honored the price posted.

Im sad about the customers service

Very nice people works on werehouse, quick unloading (10 minutes), but he works 7am-2pm, overnight parking is available

Abby (manager) provides great customer service.

After I payed for all my items, I had to wait 10 minutes more while 4 different people counted my items over and over and over and over.Yes 4 different people had to count it. My cashier said everything was good,BUT no it toak 3 more people and a debate.Walmart beat alot of there small items or single item prices.

Out of ti many products and what I did get I had to ask for because shelves were bot stocked
