I used their drop off service and when I got home I had somebody else’s clothes. Would not recommend at all!

I love that that now have the bigger 100lb washer. For 15.00 I got extended wash extended rinse and extra spin time.

Theyre not open 24/7 I came twice today and twice yesterday. All the lights are on but the door is locked and nobody answers the phone

Louis is the man and this is the best spot to do your laundry or get the wash and fold service . Louis the cool guy who helped me was informative and helpfull he is the reason Ill be back to this laundrymat .

My favorite laundromat, always clean, and comfortable. My 2 year old daughter always makes new friends here. So, its very kid friendly.

It was ok to have a laundromat within walking distance and inexpensive, but now its getting expensive. And the dry cycle isnt long enough to dry even the smallest load of clothing.

Excellent! Not at all the typical sketchy laundromat. You put your money on a card - good for if you arent comfortable carrying cash around. Wash and fold service is quick and top notch! Mine took less than a day. Prices are good, there are specials on certain weekdays, and there is always an attendant 24/7 to give a feeling of security. I recommend to everyone.

Nice big machines that work very well

Needed to do laundry for an extended business trip. I needed receipts for reimbursement but the money card machine didnt give me a receipt, I asked the staff for help, she could not care less and said nothing she can do about it if its the machine. What kind of business cant provide receipts for transactions?

I live 25-30 minutes away I always come to this laundromat . The staff are always friendly even the overnight workers . The best public laundromat EVER!!!!!!!

Very nasty customer service. The owner is racist & very judgemental. He banned my spouse, for simply saying “what’s sup and giving a handshake” to one of his old friends whom we haven’t seen in a very long time back in NY. (The owner assumed they “busted a sale”)So we approached the owner before leaving because he has already printed my spouse picture, we told the owner he’s wrong for banning him & the owner threatened us by calling the cops. And saying “it’s my business I judge who I want” I have it all on camera by the way. This was by far the most horrible encounter to ever happen to us. You lost us as customers and I know you will lose more for being racist and judgmental & stereotyping people. We are taking this to more legal matters because my spouse even offers to empty his pockets and the owner said “no your banned, leave b/c I’m calling the cops to investigate you”, we have family members That work for the police, and we have family members that are lawyers. We are patiently waiting for the investigation to begin so we can proceed with our plans.

Most of the time the staff is helpful and friendly. But recently they were not. You cant rely on shuttle days or times. Cranky. Could be a number of reasons for crankiness but as a business I would think that its not a good idea to be cranky to your customers. And also the shuttle being undependable.

I liked going there until one of the employees decided to stand in front of me and saying nasty and racist things about me in Spanish to another Spanish speaking person. I may not be fluent, but I know enough to realize when someone is saying nasty things. Just because someone is white, dont assume they dont know what youre saying.

Lets start by saying unless u use 2 or more cups of soap in ur clothes they dont come clean there dryers suck unless u do small loads in the big dryers n the lint is nvr cleaned late nights n game machines are cheats like any other last but not least the broken massage chair is still there running but hurts like hell (when u look at them its the left closer to the window)

The shuttle driver is a joke he rides around joy riding going to his home he had us waiting over hour to pick up and we were done at 630 its now 742 he never came back the worker called him to see where he us at he ask her why she said you have people waiting for along time he ask if it was a Male or female like why did that matter we had to pay for a cab and as we were pulling out now here he comes I will make sure the owner is aware of this
