My BMW X6 was having issues with the transmission. Hard shifting, acceleration hesitant and fuel economy had gotten worse. I had a previous mechanic that kept my car for weeks just to find out the job was patched.I took my vehicle to the professionals at Argos and I had my car back a few days later and its running like new. I immediately had to drive 3 hours the next day to Tampa and absolutely no problems. If you have an import, this is the only place you should be taking your vehicle.I wanted a month before I did a review just to be safe and Im extremely happy with the service and reasonable costs.. Argos are fantastic people! I purchased a 2005 Mercedes sprinter in Daytona and was driving back home to Maryland. The van developed a boost leak and would not drive over 40mph. I stopped at Argos right when they opened at 9am. They immediately offered to help diagnose the problem, pulled the van in their shop and fixed my boost leak issue. I was able to get back on the road and safely back to Maryland. I was a walk up client in a pickle of a situation and needed help. I must commend and highly recommend Argos European Car Care LLC ofJacksonville Florida.During a recent visit to my hometown, I experienced a major issue with my BMW 528i. Upon a recommendation, of RPM car repair, I towed it to Argos. While I recalculated my mad money allowance, I braced for an expensive repair bill. The problem with the car was major; specifically, the wires and conductor connecting the fuel pump system caught fire. The burned wires were resting on the fuel cover, which was accessible under the rear seat. The original repair was completed with substandard materials and I can only thank God that the car did not ignite. I do not want to imagine what could have happened. Argos discovered the faulty job which was previously performed during a fuel pump recall.Argos could have easily charged thousands; I was prepared for the bill to be huge after learning of the problem. However, he did not charge me anything (not a dime, zero). Further, he would not accept a tip. These are the most honest, decent, trustworthy people I have ever met in the world of auto repair. I also appreciated the professionalism of the front office (this is a husband and wife team), the same-day repair, quick responses, and professional repair. I had the dreaded slipped crank-hub in my M4 and contacted 4 shops to get estimates. Not only was Argos the ONLY shop to even bother sending an estimate back but provided a very competitively priced estimate based on how much work needed to be done.They were fantastic at keeping me up-to-date while they were in the process of getting it fixed and worked diligently to get the car done as fast as they could. Even with how quickly they got my car done you cant tell they had to take most of the front and top of the engine apart to get the job done.Cant recommend these guys enough and they are now my go-to shop.

So you know very well as well, what happened and why we decided not to proceed with the repairs at your shop. How the Mechanic/Owner/Manager or whomever it was on the phone and in person, should not talk like that, specially to a customer, just because you didnt say bad words, it doesnt mean, its good customer service. Since I spoke with the gentleman on the phone, he had an attitude and was just plain unfriendly, not to say rude, because you dont raise your voice, not to say yell at your customer, or anyone for that matter. And thats my customer service experience at you establishment. As I mentioned, the girl at the front desk was professional and I have no complaint about her. Only the guy, and lets assume its you.Second, Yes, I would not have to pay anything other than $100 deductible for the services that would have been provided. But it does not mean that I will give you my business when I feel uncomfortable with the service. And to top, that was the second estimate we got on the vehicle, due to the relocation, which the first was as well, a private business, and it was half, literally, half of the $5000 you wanted to charge(Which we have proof/paperwork, even from the warranty company, comparing the estimates we/they were given). If we would have been treated properly and in a friendly manner, or at least respectfully, we would not have mind the price of your repairs due to the awesome warranty we have on the vehicle.Third, reviews, specially five star reviews, can be easily obtained nowadays, easily bought, or just have friends and family write them, which at that time, there was only 5 reviews, and all 5 stars. So, I dont buy it.Last but not least, My review was only based on our personal experience with you customer service, not the actual service/repairs, or how many 5 stars you have or will achieve. Nor I write reviews to please/displease you or any other establishment or person, I write them based on my personal opinion.Maybe others have had a great experience with you, and great for them, but not us. These guys are nothing short or amazing!! Took my N54 twin turbo in and they gave it a full servicing along with changing out the DME. The car runs so smooth now its like night and day. Today went into work and something was dragging on the under side. Called these guys up and they not only fixed it but they actually waited for me after close time. THIS is the place to take your european sports car too!! One more maintenance run and then aggressive modding begins. Thanks guys!!! 👍

Traveling from N.C. to Tampa my AC Compressor broke, put a hole in my radiator and broke serpentine belt. Contact my extended vehicle warranty company and after 2 1/2 hours a tow truck still didn’t arrive. Argos drove 30 minutes with a tow truck. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great details. Argos dealt with my warranty company and got me back on the road the same night. THANK YOU for your professionalism and courtesy. I bought a lemon audi to no fault of my own that was on the brink catastrophic engine failure requiring a new camshaft and i landed on Argos European care cares doorstep. I knew from the moment i walked in i was in good hands, the shop is very clean and organized and theyre a nice friendly welcoming bunch! Ayrton didnt hold any info back in his assessment and was very informative of helping me understand my new german car and how its systems work compared to cars im accustomed to.Ayrton and crew worked dilligently to get my car back together and they went above and beyond to make sure she was safe to put my kids in keeping me informed every step of the way. theyve earned a customer for life, i wont go anywhere else with it; other shops proposed fixing it without addressing the root of the issue at costs i wasnt happy with for what i was getting and ayrtons approach was most cost effective and thorough after doing my own research.they also have a small financer they use where you can get help paying for your repairs, it took me under 10 minutes to get approved and im even self employed with bad credit.Thanks guys! I own a 2014 BMW X5 XDrive. I had a bad experience with the local BMW Dealership, searched for another repair shop and found these guys. Ive never heard of Argos before but they had great reviews on Google so I felt comfortable working with them.They ran a diagnostic in no time and were able to tell exactly what the issue was, repair cost and time using OEM parts. They even dealt directly with my extended warranty provided for payment and all I did was pay was my deductible. This team is experienced, punctual, helpful and very respectful. Let me just start off by saying that a trustworthy mechanic is extremely hard to come by. From their prompt response to my message inquiring about fixing the windshield wiper jets on my BMW M5 these guys were amazing. They diagnosed the issue in a matter of 10 minutes (issue was clogged jet filter) the mechanic showed me the part before and after he cleaned it and guided me step by step through what he was doing. After they fixed the problem they didnt even want to charge me for it. I was left speechless. The staff and everyone there was super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help without screwing me over. Glad I went with these guys because I will be bringing my BMW to them for all my repairs and maintenance in the future. I highly recommend Argos European Car Care.

I have a 2016 BMW 435i Gran coupe. Told me straight up what’s wrong and didn’t sugar coat it. Provided me pictures of the small leak, where I could go get tires and got my oil change within 30 minutes to an hour. Very professional and I definitely will be back soon.

Broke down while on a trip from Sarasota to Charleston for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was Sunday afternoon and ended up being a water pump for my 335. No problem. Called the number looking to see if I had any options and had the pleasure of speaking with Aryton. While he couldnt fix anything on a Sunday he help me diagnose through a series of questions what the problem may be. He was sure enough that he pre ordered the parts so theyre waiting at the shop 80M Monday. We were on the road by noon. Cant thank you enough for salvaging our trip.

So where do I start... alright first off I have a C63 AMG and have had a issue with the car vibrating under acceleration... I live about a good hour and half south of the shop and decided I’d try out a few of the shops down by my hometown... huge mistake... took the car to three different shops and replaced numerous parts from driveshafts to both rear axles and even changed out the differential and put in a lsd since two shops kept saying it was the diff... after the new wavetrac was installed and it still didn’t fix the vibration and I was close to 3500$ in the hole between parts and labor on stuff that doesn’t fix it. I decided to bring the car all the way up to Argos... my friend was telling me to do that since the beginning and I just kept pushing it off which was a huge mistake also...So I dropped the car off at night after close and by the next morning on my way to work Argos had already found the issue and gave me a call and quote on how much to fix it! Honestly was a huge relief since he knew what the issue was almost immediately after driving it and three other reputable shops down south couldn’t figure out. Ended up being the torque converter causing all the vibration... order the parts and a few other parts which got delivered on a Monday and by Wednesday Argos calling me saying cars all done and fixed no more vibrations no issues all 100% good!! Was beyond excited to have my weekend warrior back and running 100% after a solid four months of a endless circle or throwing parts at the car... Truthfully grateful I made the drive up and will be doing the same drive if I ever have any issues from now on! He’s for sure won my business and I don’t know how to express how happy I am with how the car was handled with professionalism from the time I dropped the keys off till the time I picked them back up!Definitely recommend his work even if one has to drive a undesirable distance to get the job done and fixed correctly the first time!10 out of 10 from me!

I’m an old guy who’s had fast cars his whole life. I used to do all my own stuff until I had no more time. I found a shop that will always get my work. I have been through 3 sets of turbo kits and 2 installations on my bmw. This last install was completely custom with fab work and some complex arrangements for fitment. For the first time I have what was a finicky car running flawlessly with no lights, no leaks, no issues, no nothing right after installation. Ayrton is the real thing. He’s honest and super conscientious. He knows what’s right and that’s all you can expect from him.We also use him to diagnose and repair our car dealer vehicles due to his quick work and great prices.Hes the only ferrari and lambo experienced mechanic I know. I say that to say he really can fix everything. We’re blessed to have him around.

I am very lucky to have found this place. I have a 2004 330ci BMW that I have had for 13 years and plan to keep for another 13 years. Aryton and the guys at ARGOS take great care of my car. They are extremely detail oriented and knowledgeable. If you have a German car in Jax, bring it here. I almost always schedule my service with ARGOS when Im leaving on a trip. I bring the car in, Uber to airport for about $10 (5 to 10 min drive) and the car is ready when I get back. Free Parking! hahaha
