They give fair advice about the timing of repairs. If you have a bit of time to hold off, they let you know and dont push unnecessary services.

I brought my car on for a top to bottom inspection. They sent me photos of the issues and a list as well. Chris spoke with me at length and we came up with a plan for the important things that needed to be done now, and the things that could wait. I had my car brought in for having a bad bearing and battery. They replaced everything within 2 days. Gave me a rental car for FREE! They called me with updates whenever they found an issue to keep moving forward. Their customer service is the best I have had with any shop in this area. Top notch service. Woke up to a flat tire. Got the flat over to them and they were able to get a new tire, put it on the wheel, and install it all before the end of the day. Great communication and value for my car maintenance

Best alignment Ive gotten. But, very disconcerting mistakes made. I would definitely take my car here again for simple services, but would find somewhere else for any work not easily inspected. I bought four tires and asked for them to be installed and a 4-wheel alignment to be done, great work was performed, but a pair of vice grips was left on my drivers side tierod and I was missing valve caps on 2 of the new tires. Luckily I had the car up in my own garage the next day and was able to quickly notice these things. No harm no foul, things happen and these were very small mistakes in the grand scheme of things. Easy five star review if it werent for the uneasy feeling I got upon noticing.

Something as similar to a potential blowout. Why was my warning light showing that l was leaking air. I called the shop as asked if could drop the car off. I did and to much of my surprise the car was done in less than an hour. Needless to say ill be back when i require more attention.

Very great work with a very fast turn around. I took my girlfriends car in to have the power steering line replaced. They replaced the line and did a complete inspection to let me know anything else the vehicle needed. I cannot speak on their work performance but they are lacking in customer service skills I called this place one morning after a tire blew out on the highway spoke with a gentleman and explained I would be getting my car towed there due to the fact Im down to the rim the tire is blown and I dont have a spare so can you make sure you can replace it before I tow it. I even gave him my tire size R19 245/40 he says let me check I should have something and even not I can order it and have it in today he placed me on hold came back and said bring it in so I say ok, I called my road side assistance then called Rad Air back just to give them and ETA of an hour then the guy tells me they dont have my tire and they cannot get one in for days REALLY! Now I had to call road side assistance back cancel the tow and hurry up and find another tire shop somewhere else to be towed. So what if I hadnt called back to give an ETA I would have had my car towed for nothing or it would have say there at Rad Air for days waiting on a tire and why tell me something you cannot deliver on big inconvenience

I took my car into Rad Air in Wickliffe after having received a quote for a rear brake job (pads, rotors, etc.) from the Toyota dealer. I thought the dealers price was a bit high, and Rad Air beat that by quite a bit. Also, the dealer said I needed a fluid flush, but Rad Air said that was unnecessary as the fluid still had plenty of life left in it. So I saved that expense versus leaving it at the dealer. So, the value is good. Paul got me in and out of there the same day, so they are on time. The quality is good: they sent me pictures of what theyve done and what they noticed, which Ive never seen any repair shop do before. They are with the times on that. Overall, a great experience and will be returning there. Highly recommend!

Went fairly recently for the first time for an oil change and overall check on my van. These guys were great!! They use this amazing tool that sends you the information about the status of what was checked on your car, complete with pictures to prove the accuracy of the evaluation. I was impressed with their honesty and didnt feel like I was being super into spending money on unnecessary work. I will definitely return!!!

I intend to bring more business to this hometown shop.

I needed an oil change and got in the same week. When I got there Paul let me know what was recommended and told me what the cost was upfront so there were no surprises when I went to pick up my car. They even supplied me with a loaner car while mine was being worked on. This was my first experience with Rad Air and will take my car back for future work when needed. The experience was pleasant and seamless.

Bill was phenomenal. I brought my car in for an inspection, and was told what the cause of the check engine light was. I have a 2013 chevy equinox with bad seals, a known problem. I told Bill about my service contract, and he contacted them. Sadly they wanted me to pay to have the engine torn down. It wasnt worth it. Bill let me know and basically told me that it wasnt worth it on such a high milage car to possibly not be covered. All in all I had him do another inspection and fixed some other things Ive been putting off. The loaner car for the week while this debacle was happening was awesome too. I now want a Jeep :(Great service and true honesty. Ill be back again.

I originally called them a long time ago, just for estimates before I went to the dealer with my own car (mistake). Later in the year my daughter needed service on her truck, I sent her to them. They have fixed her vehicle several times RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Something I highly value. Cannot recommend them enough. They are professional, courteous and efficient (and did I mention that they fix it right the first time?). They also highly value service men and women, which was a very nice thing to learn. I was having issues with my car. I was able to drop it off the next morning. Once they took a look they sent me a detailed report via text of everything they discovered. I was able to choose what I wanted done based on suggestions and level of immediate need. I got my car back the next morning and even had a bag of cookies waiting for me, which my son LOVED! This place was the best thing to happen to me. The staff and Owners are just awesome. I work so much I hadnt had time to get an oil change or anything to my car. I was forced to find a place close to me to get this done before a trip i had to make, and they offered to take me home (I live pretty close) and pick me up when its done. Ive gone back a few times now in the last few months and still getting the same great service! I will be getting new tires soon from them as well.

I took my 2006 F350 DRW to Bill and his team because my normal shop cant handle the level of repairs I required on my full size 1 ton truck. I was greeted by Bill when I dropped my truck off, and dealt with Paul through the whole process. Both are very friendly and understanding of their customers needs. There were a couple more repairs that were required beyond what was originally quoted, but I was kept informed every step of the way, and having worked on my own trucks in the past, when they told me what else was required I was not surprised or had already suspected that those parts might need serviced or replaced in the near future anyways. I feel that I paid a fair price for the work completed. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need and got the work completed as quickly as was possible due to the other repairs. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received and plan on returning to this location for anything else my vehicles might need.

I had a mystery light on my dash and RadAir Wickliffe figured it out. They also found a broken part of my suspension and repaired it. They also provided a loaner vehicle so I could easily get to work during the repairs.

It was a bit expensive but worth it for the quality service. I got new brakes for my car; they were done the same day and so much better. I was also provided with a loaner vehicle, but the service only took a couple of hours so that wasn’t even fully necessary. Definitely will return.

My boyfriend brought my car in last week at 1pm on a Monday afternoon. I had gotten a flat tire on my way to work. So he came out and put the spare on and then brought my car into Rad Air.
