Excellent service and attention to detail. With my husband immuno suppressed during this Covid 19 pandemic, we needed repairs that couldnt be delayed and were worried about having to go to the dealership. Great service center experience. I came for a recall and the technicians were very helpful in explaining some other findings that would need attention at some point. For instance, my struts looked greasy and i was told it could be a leak and could need replacement, but that as long as the car was driving fine there was nothing i needed to do now. There was no pressure to perform any extra work and none of the typical your air filter is dirty when its actually brand new that you get at some places. They even sent me photos of some minor problem areas for my records. Overall i was very impressed and left with a sense of trust in the dealership. Shout out to Jason for his help in particular.

Complete joke. From top to bottom these people are terrible at their jobs. It is a headache everytime I have to go in here. From being stood up for a lease appraisal, to trying to charge me for oil changes that are included in my lease, (even after I tell them its included) to not checking or stopping off fluids during oil changes, to giving me the wrongly painted color side mirror. I have complained numerous times to numerous people and all they ever do is give a meaningless apology and do nothing else to try and make it right. Trust me and take your business elsewhere.

1 week ago. Made an appointment to have my car appraised to trade in on a new Crosstrek. The person who made the appointment wasnt even there and never called to cancel the appointment. Drove 40 miles. Talked with Ken though about pricing on new Crosstrek. After a week of discussing pricing and trade in value at $11000 he said come on in we can get you the monthly payment you need. Drove out again to clench the deal only to be told they decided they couldnt give me what discussed a week earlier for my trade, (dropped from $11000 down to $7,400) due to situation with Covid 19. Last I knew Covid has been around since March. What a waste of time. I had bought my last 2 cars there. Not anymore, will take my business elsewhere.

They dont honor appointment times. Ive always taken my vehicle to the original dealer for service but not here. I dont have 3 hours to just sit around waiting for an oil change that I scheduled in advance.
