I was so happy to find this place. Rick was booked for over 2 weeks out when I called, but he worked me in the same day. He was honest and upfront with me about the condition of my car. They did an awesome job!! He let me know about a few problems I wasnt aware of and gave me good advice on what was urgent and what could wait. When I mentioned that I was in the market for another used car, he said to bring it to him before I buy and they would look it over and drive it for me. I highly recommend this place!!

His prices are phenomenal, his repair work deserves more than five stars, his shop was wonderfully maintained, and he even has an enterprise rent-a-car right next door with discounted rates in case your personal car stays at Town Center overnight. I don’t normally leave reviews but WOW was I impressed with the service I received! I’ll be back with any car issues I may have in the future.

This shop is the BEST IN TOWN! Their customer service is through the roof and they have great pricing as well. I have been going to Rick for the past 6 years now, and Rick is the only one I will allow to work on my car. When coming here, you know that these guys see you as a relationship, and not just a transaction. For instance, last week, my fiance and I were making a big move to Dallas, TX. I rented a moving truck with a trailer from a local store. The clerk there didnt bother helping me at all with putting my car on the trailer and properly securing my vehicle. I have been taking my cars to Ricks for as long as I have been driving. One day while doing a routine oil change he discovered a bigger problem with the car. Rather than just fixing it and charging me for it, he sent me to the dealership saying it should be covered under warranty. When the dealership initially tried to say it wasnt covered, Rick went above and beyond and made numerous phone calls to the dealer and the manufacturer until it was determined that it was indeed covered under the warranty. I dont know many mechanics who would go out of their way to help you out when they arent profiting from it. Rick and his team have always been friendly, honest and up front and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for somewhere to take their car.

Ive been taking my fleet of cars to Rick and Klaudio for 20 years and I find them honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and they go the extra mile. They dont push unnecessary work on you, but do advise you of work that will be needed soon and when. They work with you on scheduling repairs, noting if there are any things that need to be done now, especially for safety, and what could be deferred. They work with getting you to work if needed (and reasonable distance) and finding transportation home if the car has to remain overnight by using the Enterprise rental agency next door. He even stores my winter tires for me during the summer - for a very cheap price. I highly recommend them. I trust them and you wont go wrong by giving them a try.
