Would give minus stars but that is not an option. Frank the assistant manager is the rudest most unprofessional person I have dealt. Fortunately they will not get any money from me because after dealing with him I walked out and canceled my contract. The company needs to look at this location and teach them how to treat people with respect.

Everyone at rent a center on north west street is so so wonderful! I will never shop anywhere else again. They all go above and beyond what is expected of them. IV been a customer for about 3 years I think and hadnt gone back for about a year and when I walked in they knew me by name and made me feel welcome. THANKS guys for being so great!!Megan Payne

This is the worst experience Ive ever had . The entire staff are unprofessional, the manager doesnt note accounts or remember what you agreed too. Staff does bait and switch and they are worse than the mafia they call 5 or more times every day on the morning your payment is due. I complained to districtAnd Manager was told to quit calling but no one seems to remember. And their so called 6 mos same as cash is a crock . Well after 6 mos only 200. Came off of total owed so after making 5 payments still owed pretty much same amount . If I wouldnt loose the money already paid I would send furniture back . Not worth the hell this store has put us through. All of staff look like employed from work release program and no customer skills

Im not even late on a payment and if I dont have it payed by 1:00 on a Saturday that Im working they blow up my phone. This place is a rip off charging 3x the amount on stuff just because some of us have to rent insteed of buying out right. If I didnt need the washer and dryer I would not use them. If you dont have to I wouldnt. Customer service is horrible also. The manager at west st. Ashley talked to me like I was stupid.

They ruined my washer when taking back the dryer! I specifically asked, and so did my husband, for them to not touch the washer when they came to get their dryer back. I have a stainless Steel washer and they ruined it cosmetically! Earlier this year they ruined the track on my back sliding door but they do not bother to pay anything to get anything of yours fixed that they break! They are also rude and they wont let you get a word in edgewise. And they LOVE to hang up on you!
