I have bought all of my home furniture here and its all great quality! Not only can you buy new, but you can also make payments ( buy here pay here). What separates them from the competitors is that they offer 90 day same as cash, and they are fair on pricing even if you go over the 90 days. The owner and staff of Action Rent To Own are a prime example of outstanding customer service!Good job guys!

They go out of their way to get us what were looking for, even if they have to order it. Always friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

We went in early in the morning in order to purchase a mattress. We asked exactly what we needed and were told one thing, then instructed to go home and wait for their call. After all my information was verified they claimed they needed a release of information from my landlord. My landlord faxed in the papers sometime later. I called to see if I could have my item delivered and was told that it was to late in the day despite the fact they arent closing anytime soon. This is a poorly ran business and when a customer comes in and ask what exactly do you need any business owner with common sense would know the policy and procedures of their establishment and SHOULD be able to obtain all the required documentation prior to a customer leaving. Never once was I called by this business to be told that I could not get my item. I had to call and hound them essentially doing their job for them only to be told that my item could possibly be delivered tomorrow. Yeah No Thank You!
