Came to Bashams looking for sofa to buy - NOT rent. Not much in the showroom, but a HUGE amount of inventory that can be ordered. And, the price was better than anywhere else in town! Friendly, helpful, courteous staff! Answered all my questions & gave me info that I hadnt even asked, yet. I recommend them 💯% if youre looking for any furniture!

Great place very nice owners.I have done business with then since my children were small. I watch the Basham boys to grow up to become young men.Now one of them work right a long with his dad.If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Check them out the best rent to own business in Wichita.

These guys are NO joke!! .. They delivered a California King bed with bed frame & assembled it right there in the bedroom.. Then they brought in a full size couch. Laid it down with our preferred adjustment... Then with a signature on a piece of paper and OFF they went.. All in less than 15 minutes time.. I would definitely recommend this place for Rent-to-own if you want something nice!! Our price for both, less than $1,400.00.

They wasted my time. I gave them money a week ago. I filled my app out 2 weeks ago for a washer and dryer. They lied about not being able to get a hold of my references. I had my references call them. The older gentleman lied and said they didnt get a hold of anyone. I feel like I was stereotyped and in so many words called a liar. I asked for a refund. They really deserve 0 stars.

My fiance and I moved to Wichita recently to PCP for my company in which I have been with for over five years. I visited this location this past week and spoke to the manager Conner. We picked out a sectional for our new living room and decided to fill out the app after Conner explained to us that they go off of our references and employment. My fiance who was second listed on my app was called and told we did not get approved for the furniture. I then called in and spoke to connor who again told me they couldnt work with us and upon asking why that would be he tells me that its because we just moved into our location which I had disclosed to him in our first conversation. I ask him why he wouldnt have told me that would automatically disqualify me and he then told me he as the manager he doesnt know now what would qualify a person and what doesnt and became very condescending with me. With that being said I ask the other gentleman if I could take a picture of my application and was told the he would give it back to me after they enter it into the system. Today after Connor infomed me that he didnt know what he was doing and laughed at me I told him I would be by to pick up my reference sheet and thats when he informed me he had already shredded it without saving any information that I had specifically ask for. I have never done a rent to own so I was unaware of the qualification process but after this experience I will just wait to buy my furniture outright which is what Ive always done before. If I could give this place 0 stars for his unprofessional behavior I would. I am appalled by the way he conducted himself when all I wanted to know was who to speak to further and why moving for my company would negatively reflect the decision as I thought my successes with my company would have been in my favor. This is the first time I have ever took the time to write a google review as I am disgusted with the way he handled himself. I do not recommend this place to anyone wanting to be treated as a professional. Best wishes to them but I dont foresee this place remaining open for too long if the dont improve their customer service in house.
