My buying experience with Sean was probably the smoothest and most customer friendly purchasing process I’ve had. Sean was very informative and patient throughout the entire process after I explained to him that I was moving to Kansas and looking to purchase with a blank auto loan check from my bank before I moved but couldn’t come in right away because of business travels so he assured me that I could mail my check in and come pick my vehicle up anytime. Once they had successfully processed my auto loan check Sean text me to let me him know when I’d be flying in to grab my car and on that day he picked me up from the airport in my newly purchased BMW X6 xDrive50i for me to drive to the store to finish signing the final closing documents. I’d rate my experience with car store USA and Sean a 12 out of 10 and would definitely recommend shopping here for a vehicle to a friend, anyone in Kansas or even out of state. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Im looking to buy a new truck but will not be going to Car Store USA. A Co-worker had a deposit on a truck and was going to pick it up right after work. He confirmed with his salesman at 2:30 that he would be there to get it. Between 2:30 and 4 the manager allowed another salesman to sell the truck to someone else. They WILL NOT be getting my business. Google made me put 1 star. The deserve 0!

I had a challenging situation which made me think I was going to be unable to purchase a car. Jesus Castruita was not worried one bit. He was able to navigate my issue and help me drive away with a new (to me) truck! Thank you for your effort.

This is a revision to a review I provided in around June 2021. I am providing this review so that other potential customers considering buying from this dealer will have visibility into my experience and learn from it.I purchased a vehicle from out of state, so I was unable to get a mechanic to check the truck out prior to purchase. (Lesson #1) After purchasing the truck from CarStoreUSA, but prior to taking physical possession, I found out that MAJOR emissions modifications were done to the vehicle, but were not disclosed to me. Why is this important? These modifications have made the truck ILLEGAL in all 50 states. When I raised this issue to the dealer, letting them know that it will not be legal for me to drive in my home state and asking for next steps to resolve the issue, their response was, “There are no next steps. You are the owner.” So, they knowingly sold me a car with major modifications and didn’t disclose it.They then tried to sell me an extended warranty, which states in the contract that cars with these types of modifications DO NOT QUALIFY FOR COVERAGE. When I raised that point, they said, “The transmission and engine and everything is covered, just not the emissions…”. Well, that was absolutely not true, according to the contract.Based on my experience, and the lack of integrity demonstrated by this dealer, I strongly recommend avoiding CarStoreUSA. [looking forward to a crafty reply from the dealer absolving them from any wrongdoing]
