The staff are the best. They do a wonderful job. The Manger treats you like family when you come in. I have to be honest I have been to a lot of shops in town hands down they are the guys to see for all your car needs. Best price rates. High recommendation from me.

This place is good all around but it was the customer service that blew me away. Ashley was a delight to work with. She even drove me to work and picked me up after work! They were very accommodating with regards to getting it done on time. There were several regular customers in the very nice waiting room who said that they were very happy with the work that they had done on their cars. They said that they will keep coming back . I Would recommend this place to anyone.

Just needed my a/c R134 renewed. Worked me into the list as a walk-in and I was back on my way in less than an hour. Even though they were extremely busy, he was pleasant and professional when I overheard him on calls (extremely patient with one caller in particular) and an in person estimate review with another customer. As far as I know they did a good job changing the oil but took an hour and fifteen minutes to complete. Spent $74 after taxes for the high mile package which includes tire rotation, air pressure check and fluid top offs and not really sure if they actually did those things or not (check passenger tire pressure light still on from when I brought it in). First time ever not receiving a sticker on my windshield for next oil change, Manager had his buddy in there horse playing n screwing around seemed like they weren’t real business focused/serious. I don’t have confidence coming back for anything less than a basic oil change if that moving forward.

I made an appointment online for an oil change, expecting a wait on a Saturday morning. I stopped in and was immediately greeted by two very friendly dudes behind the front desk. They were able to suggest the best oil change for my jeep and included a discount for me, as well as offering to make hot coffee on this particularly blustery cold morning. I went for a quick walk and when I came back, my jeep was done in about 15 minutes. I had great conversation with the man behind the front desk (I’m sorry I never got his name!) and we talked about our vehicles and all sorts of jeep things. He let me know what kind of services they are able to provide and let me know that they are always available for simple tire air ups, etc. He even did some research on a few parts for my jeep that I was curious about and sent me a quote later. I’ve always struggled with finding a reliable oil change location and always felt like I was either being taken advantage of or just never felt like there was good quality customer service being offered. Glad to say I think I found my one and only shop from here on out for anything I need. Thanks for the fast, easy, and great customer service yesterday!!

Everything was good but didn’t balance my new tires.

Initial wheel alignment incomplete, went back to to finish it the next day but their expert is wasn’t there. Came back later, estimated 15 min wait became almost 2 hour wait . I don’t have all the time in the world to be told it’s going on to be done in a quick few and waste almost 4 hours in total waiting.

I had taken my daughters car in because it was shaking after you got to 60mph and felt like a tire was going to fall off and she had to drive 150miles home that day. They took us right in did a free suspension check and then found out her wheel could have fallen off d/t front wheel bearings and her brakes were bad and other things lol, they ordered the parts, fixed it, and had her back on the road. Plus they were honest about the other wheel bearing when they got under it, they had already told us 1300 but when we paid it was 1100 because the other one was fine so I’d. I’d Definetly go back the staff was great.

05/02/2021 was the first time i even stepped in and i was only getting a second opinion but they checked my steering and suspension diagnosed the problem asap explained thoroughly what was going on with my car (Know absolutely nothing about cars so super helpful) was friendly (Love Ashley bubbly and funny as heck) and quick I love it here definitely have a lifetime customer❤❤❤

I went in to get a tire repair as there was a nail in it. When I got done the lube tech had not done anything to protect the interior of my car. There was lube or grease all over my shifter, my driver side door panel and my seat. I will never use this place again.

Took my ford f150 for a diagnostic for gridding under the truck. Mike took it around the block he came back and told me that he was wanting to look into it more if I could leave it with them. After heading back to work I get a phone call from the lady up front saying that Mike said, I needed new rear rotors and brakes and was going to cost me $800. I told them No thanks and glad I did because it wasnt even the problem. After that I took it over to Xtreme Auto across the street and they told me that my rear brakes and rotors were fine that I need a new wheel hub bearing and that is was going to cost me $645 for parts and labor. In other words dont take your vehicle to meineke car Care center because theyll just try to cheat you out money when its not even the problem. Next thing you know theyll try to say oh we found another problem with your vehicle.

When the Meineke near me had a 2 hour wait for my scheduled oil change, I called and spoke with Jack at the Central and Washington location in Wichita, KS. He got me right in and I was out of there within 30-40 minutes. They were all very courteous and professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

Got a tire patched. So far so good there. Apparently the spare key I left made the alarm go off on my car, so they disconnected the battery to stop that until they could get the proper key. However, they didnt reconnect the positive cable to my battery. Also my dashboard display was changed from mph to kmph.Look out for little things they might mess up to get you back in their garage.

Over expensive,shabby work.they will fix their mistake but over charging and janky. Say anything to get your money.go to get suspension checked and pay for what they say to leave and need something else.

I come in to get my check engine light check. The tech come back and showed me what my problem was and explain it very well to me. It was a Air tube that come off. Dropped my car off for an oil change and what I usually receive with the more extensive oil change not sure it occurred. My low tire light was on when I dropped it off and was on when I returned to pick it up.

I brought my car in due to overheating and was charged for items that didnt repair the problem I brought it back and it was held for one month and a week and was charged again for the second time for items that didnt repair my car so I rate this company with poor service and very pricey for to be the exact same way I brought it in

I would recommend this place. Fair prices, excellent customer service and the manager was very kind to give me a ride to work as well when I dropped my car for an engine, differential and transmission oil change on my Subaru Outback.

Longest oil change ever. I’ve used them before, and they were always done after 45 minutes. After waiting almost 1.5 hours, I asked how much longer - and turns out they were waiting for the air filters to arrive that I had agreed to purchase. They hadn’t told me this, and I didn’t have the time to wait. I got my car, paid and left. Now, since leaving, I’ve discovered a knocking sound that wasn’t there before they had my car. Going to a good mechanic in two days to get it checked out.

Being so warmly greeted every time I go is something I always look forward to. But a plug was left off of one of my valves the last time I’d gotten my oil changed which wasn’t a big deal but still. So they noticed that and went ahead and changed my oil for free, replaced the valve cover and took great care of my car. I’ve had numerous cars serviced there between my daughters and I and I’ve always been very pleased with they’re service and will continue to take my vehicles there.

What was a stressful situation, turned into a very positive outcome. My truck was skillfully and timely repaired, plus their customer service is admirable. The office and customer waiting area is clean and comfortable, with a child play area. They have since gone the extra mile to care for my truck and make me happy. I have every confidence in this staff and crew. Because of my experiences with Meineke at Central/Washington, I have become a loyal customer.

The only chain operation I trust around here. After learning my lesson from sketchy mechanics,I found the one place I can at least expect a honest answer.Ive gone to Meineke ever since, regular repair jobs, to get cars checked out before buying them and all that. I patronize a mom and pop garage more, but for anything major, or a second opinion,or anything really,Meineke (specifically this one on Central and Washington) is my go-to shop.

Meineke offers a nice free oil change service to veterans every year. This was my 3rd year and no complaints.

Have gone to this location for years with great service and have always been concerned that management along with staff seems to change on a 6mo to yearly basis but this last change has definently been the worst.They misdiagnosed my car issue and fixed the wrong prob then took days to fix a second prob. Each time I left the shop my check engine light came on the last time my transmission failed after soending almost 900 there for the two previous repairs in a week my car had no transmission issues before. So on some level I think they either failed at there diagnosis or were incompetent in repairs to gave caused more damage for more money?I will never go to this place again they clearly stole my money by performing an unnecessary repair the first time then botched the second second and left me without a vehicle.

I have used Meineke for the last 3 years and have always found them helpful and they go above to provide the best customer service.

Nate and his team at Meineke on Central always do a great job! Thier customer service is awesome and they always do everything they can to get your services done for a fair price! I would recommend them a hundred times over. They never push you to do unnecessary repairs and never talk down to me because Im a girl like some other repair places.

Had time to see me same-day I called, free diagnostics. For the price of one gasket-replacement at other locations I received multiple fixes (including the gasket). Customer service was phenomenal when things didn’t go exactly according to plan. I’ll be returning here for future issues, and recommending everyone use this location. Mechanics straight and to the point and far from rude or condescending - incredibly knowledgable and informative.

Jason and Jeremiah were EXTREMELY helpful in performing quick diagnostic tests on my new car; they were obviously knowledgeable about all aspects of the automotive industry and educated me on potential hazards to watch out for that were applicable to my current situation. I will be referring ANY and EVERYone I can to see them; as they offered superb customer service and saved me a pretty penny while doing it!

My wife and I come here for oil changes and tire rotations with both of our cars. A Ford Fusion and an Acura MDX. They are about the friendliest and caring mechanic shop in town. I feel that for the value of service in cost and courtesy they are tops in my book.

Expensive, high price but professional service.

Do not take you car here if its a JDM car. They do not know the difference between a unibody, my front bumper beam is bent and thought my front bumper beam was the cross beam for the frame. Took it to get my camber fixed and wheels aligned. Told me the car should be towed out. Since it should be totaled because the frame is turned up and bent, took it to the mitsubishi dealership to get checked cuz of that, the mechanics there laughed when I said them I was told the frame is bent. Really good for ADM cars like GM, Chevy and Ford, but for Imports, they dont know anything.
