I highly recommend the guys at Kansasland tire on Rock road. I had a low tire at 4pm and went to 4 other tire shops who all refused to look at it for me with various excuses like too busy, too late, or we can help you out maybe next week..... Well, the guys at Kansasland never hesitated and took care of me. I ended up so happy with them that I bought new tires which they installed a couple days later, quicky and professionally. I love this place. I like how all of the workers are very professional and honest. I dont know what Im doing half the time but after taking my vehicle there and then asking another mechanic that I trust if their assessment was correct of my tires and struts he stated they were spot on. I wont go anywhere else for tires, brake pads, struts and anything else they can do!

Efficient, honest and kind! Cant recommend these guys enough!!! My husband and I were driving through on our way from North Carolina to California. After some pretty bad storms, we realized we both needed our tires changed. These gentlemen not only made time for us on our way through, but were done within two hours and included an oil change for both of our cars at an EXTREMELY reasonable price! After picking up our cars, my tire pressure light came on about 15 minutes into our drive. We turned right around and they were able to check it out (just a few extra PSI in one tire) and did a quick test drive to make sure there were no other issues. Only wish I could bring them with me to California.

These guys were incredible! They went out of their way to make sure I had a great encounter. I messed up the tire size when I called and scheduled the appointment and they had to drive out to the warehouse to get the right tires, and made sure I knew right away, and took care of me the best they possibly could. They were not push or trying to up sale all kinds of extra that I really did not want nor need! They are now my #1 place to go with my car! Thank you guys for the awesome work!!!! My daughter had a blow out on the interstate late on a Friday night. Luckily a Good Samaritan stopped and put on her donut. We are not from Wichita, but I called Kansasland the next morning and spoke with Walker and shared our story. Even though they were booked, he made time for her and got her in and out so she could drive back home. New tire, balanced, even helped install her trim that came off, $165.25! Knowing she is safe and on her way back home, priceless! Thank you Walker and your staff at Kansasland Tire!!

Went above and beyond!! I had a tire that had a slow leak, turns out I needed new tires, which I knew that was going to happen soon. Kansasland found me brand new tires and fit me in to get them on my vehicle the same day!!! I was heading out of town and safety was on their mind. Love the fast same day service!! While we werent able to get the service we needed because of a warehouse issue, their service is top-notch due to their frontman Rob. He tried everything to get us what we needed in our time frame but unfortunately it just didnt work out. We will try kansasland tire first knowing they have dedicated employees like Rob at the helm.

Great Job! Noticed a nail in my tire and nobody on the east side could get me in before 7. I called here to see if we could get anything quicker. They said the tire could be started at 5. We walked in at 4:30, asked for a tire repair. and at 5:10 PM, the tire was done! 5 Stars for speedy and friendly service!

Bought 4 Goodyears at a good price. Took an hour and a half to change all four little 205 tires. Then came home with a nice gouge in my aluminum wheels where they took the outside wheel weights. Should have used a rag to protect the rims from prying. Inexperienced or just lazy. I would have accepted slow if the service was great but it was not. Will purchase my next set elsewhere.Edit: Emailed CSR, explained my situation further. Rims still damaged and customer still unhappy.

After posting a very poor review regarding an experience at Kanasland in Wichita, my husband received a telephone call from the corporate office and an apology for how our situation was handled. I am posting this in place of the first review. We have been customers for over 20 years and this was our first negative experience. Kudos to Terry at Kansasland in Great Bend, KS for taking care of us! We will remain customers but will most likely travel to Great Bend to do so.

I was in a bind to get my tires rotated because of COVID-19 closing the auto care where I usually go. This store got me in, were friendly, speedy in completing the service, and very kind. I mentioned a friend referred me and would she get credit for me stopping in? In return, there wasnt a charge for todays service; I was blown away. In addition, I asked them to check the cabin and engine air filters because a local dealership said they needed to be replaced (my car was in for a seatbelt and airbag recall). Guess what? They werent needing to be replaced but sill have life in them. Thanks guys! Ill see you again in future months.

Went in to have a simple tire repair and was told it would take 3-4 days. What a joke. Even as a kid I could change and patch a tire in 10 minutes. Are you trying to tell me that have 500 tires waiting or are they just incompetent?

Kansasland Tire was great! I had to drive down from Newton because they were the only tire shop that had my Goodyear tires in stock. There was a screw in my tire and it couldn’t be repaired, had to be replaced and I was headed back to Kansas City that afternoon. They worked my car in and got it in and out in less than 30 minutes! Thank You Kansasland Tire!!!!

When I bought my tires the service was great. Now that new management has taken over all of a sudden getting a rotation is like pulling teeth. They want me to just drop it off and they will do it when they can get to it, not acceptable at all. So, when buying tires at Kansas Land on Rock Road and they say sure the rotation if free keep in mind you will need a ride each time you rotate. I can buy tires for the same price almost anywhere, Kansas Land will get no more money from me.

I was in town from KC with my son for a baseball tournament and got a flat tire along the way. They were the only shop who actually had my tire in stock and they got me in the same afternoon to mount it for me. As an added bonus, they actually put the donut back into place in the trunk for me instead of just throwing it in there for me to deal with later. Thanks, guys!

Brought in my Dodge Ram 1500 to have it raised to stock suspension and my tailpipe repaired. Dropped it off early on a Friday morning, two hours later they called I was given a estimate and told it would take the whole day and possibly Sat. Well due to parts issues it took much longer got it back on Tues, I understood completely, you have to wait for parts to come in. Adam and everyone there were very nice keeping me informed about what was going on and why it was taking so long. When I went to pick up my truck I was very pleased with the work that was done. The repair are exactly as they should be. To top it all off, they were wrong about their estimate, they were $250 UNDER their own estimate. The best compliment I know to give them is to be calling them the next time I need any work done.

I spent 160 dollars for full synthetic oil change transmission fluid change and cabin and engine air filter change. It was fair price for my 2012 Honda Civic.

I will never go to this place again. Ever. I made a mistake and got a socket stuck in my spark plug cylinder. After several tries to get it myself, I decided to take it to Goodyear. I wrote on the envelope that I stuck in the night deposit that a socket was stuck in the spark plug cylinder. These guys go and start my engine without even looking at it. Oil goes EVERYWHERE. To make a long story short, one of their mechanics, a guy with a long beard that drives a red sports car, calls me and says they couldn’t fix it and would cost over $4k to replace the entire cylinder. I was flabbergasted. The following day, a friend and I rented a tool from autozone for free and pulled out the socket. Put everything back together and the truck runs fine. I’m thinking maybe the owner of this store needs to reevaluate his staff. Because I’m sure they have duped several people out of thousands of dollars before and it will happen again. If I would have known how this place operated before, I would never had wasted my time even choosing this place. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB. I sure am glad I’m not an idiot and shelled out $4k for something I fixed for nothing. Stay away from this place.

We were on my way out of town for our Labor Day vacation pulling our Fifth Wheel camper. While on K96 and Rock road, we had a tire blow out on the camper. I quickly turned off and went to Kansasland Tire. The manager was very helpful and had 4 new tired in stock for a trailer. The employees were quick to install the tires and had us back on the road in just over an hour. Thanks to Kansasland Tire, our vacation was back on track in no time at all! I cant thank them enough!

I went in for a simple oil change, told me it would be an hour.... got it done an hour Late. while we were there the staff was talking badly about their customers behind their backs. they were vaping behind the service desk. not the service I would expect from Professionalshopefully the manager will take notice.

Overall Im happy with the business but this specific location is SLOW. I made a 9am apt, 4.5 hours later my car still isnt ready. I just needed a tire balance & rotation. Will go to a different location next time.

This location has went downhill. Informed me my tires were bad, rotated them they said due to cupping which should help. A couple months later I go in because its getting worse and need Nitrogen. They inform me that it was to expensive so they dont offer it and referred me to the Andover location. Cant thank them enough for that! Friendly and helpful staff at the Andover location. They did have nitrogen and informed me my tires were in great shape, it was axles. They did the work and my car is like new!! Save your time and frustration, go to the Andover location!!!

Nice employees but I regretted going to get my car aligned there because they said I needed a new ball joint when they should have said, your car doesnt really need to be aligned nor need a new ball joint but you need a new ball joint IF you want your car perfectly aligned and then charged me $35 for the revision. I only found out what they should have said when I went to Wichita tire store (which I highly recommend)

I took 2 trailer tires in to be rotated. There was damage to one of the tires in the removal process, making it unusable. The bead was torn. It took some going back and forth but in the end they agreed to discount the replacements for both tires, which was a fair deal.Ive had good luck with other Kansasland Tire locations and will keep going back.

Came at 5:13 pm on Saturday and the doors were shut tight, lights off, no one home. I wondered why no one was answering the phone. All we needed was an under-warranty flat low-tire looked at and potentially fixed. Although online here it says that they close at 5:30 pm, the doors all say they close at 6 pm. So either way, they should have been open or a sign should have been up saying why they were closed early. I called the Andover Kansasland Tire to see if they knew anything about why they were closed early and they had no clue. Tsk Tsk N. Rock Kansasland Tire.
