The service is tremendous (like that of a used car salesman, they made me feel important and well taken care of) but the price was very high. (Also comparable to a used car dealership) however Im giving it 4 stars because I even though I paid $279 for oil and a belt, I needed that pick-me-up and friendliness.. like I might could go there to just hang out in the atmosphere, but if I do I might leave with a pair of windshield wipers that arent necessary. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Matthew is honest and professional. I had a good bit of maintenance work, as well as some issue work done on my daughters car. I was presently surprised by the price and the professional service that was provided. Work was completed in a very reasonable time! Everyone at this location is very nice and more than willing to offer assistance. I had been to this location previously for an oil change and air cabin filter change for my vehicle. I had received fantastic service and fair pricing. I even called the shop because my daughter and I needed help with jumping her car battery. We had never done this before and we were very nervous. Matthew took the time to explain the process. He patiently stayed on the phone with us while he walked us through the necessary steps. He has gone above and beyond each time I have taken 2 of our 3 vehicles to this location. I would highly recommend. Great work and value for a very fair and reasonable price! Les was amazing and helped me out tremendously! He was able to make sure I had new wind shield wipers and a fresh oil change.

I asked for a basic oil change with oil filter and was given a much more expensive oil change with a much more expensive oil filter. Was very disappointed!!

Manager on duty was short and obviously irritated when presented coupon which I had received in the mail. He tried to upsell the service at a much higher price which I declined. When paying he told me that they were losing money and would be glad when they were no longer valid. Felt as though he was taking his frustration out on me. My wife had the same experience on a previous visit with a 200 dollar service no coupons involved. Will take my business elsewhere from now on and will tell my friends and family

I walked in here to get my AC looked at after it stopped working. Marvin, the mechanic, was very straightforward and knowledgeable! He also explained everything for me and quoted prices, so I knew what I would be paying beforehand. There were free drinks and comfy seats in the waiting area. My service was finished quickly and everyone was friendly. Overall, a great experience!!!

Well, on my prior visit, this location Central Ridge they left off my power steering cap off my truck. This visit gave them a second chance. I pulled up I told the young man outside I want Mobil and ask that when draining the oil please look for any antifreeze in case I had an internal leak.  Went inside the lobby and when I was finally asked to provide information the fellow told me we dont have Mobil and they had already drained my oil! Why would they not tell me this when I handed them my keys?  Looking at the invoice they did not check my tire pressure as the invoice says 32 F/R and I run 39. I have one tire at 28. Also, the invoice shows tire tread depth 44 F/R and the front tires are near bald as I getting tires this coming Monday at Discount Tires. As I was leaving I had to ask them to reset the oil indicator and asked if they checked the oil/antifreeze as instructed.  If these items are not correct I really dont trust what they did to my car. Would You? This experience $101.16. So Long Jiffy lube!

Went to get our oil topped off, ended up staying for 4 hrs to replace the water pump and we make our first stop at Aldis to find we now have a cracked radiator and leaking antifreeze. Was not like that when we arrived. Do not recommend this Jiffy Lube

I had coupon for $24.95 signature oil change. I asked to have high mileage oil in my car instead of regular oil. The technician told me it would be a small up charge. They put in synthetic oil instead and charged me$78.95, almost triple my charge. On my previous oil change they failed to put the oil back in my car and I was on my way out of state when my car started having problems. My son checked the oil and there was barely in my car. This happened 1 day after my oil change and all they said is “I’m sorry” . Very unprofessional and uncaring!!! I will never return after taking my car for 10 or more years!!!

My bill was $120 for an oil change & 2 filters. Outrageous! I had a coupon for an oil change & I was still overcharged. I will never go there again.

Called this morning & told them exactly what I wanted when it came to an oil change. They told me it would be around $55 but to ask for the 10% coupon. Once the oil change was done they charged me $95 & told me they gave me a discount. Dont recommend them.

They told us it was gonna be $90 by the time the got done we ended up paying $100 something. They said cause the cleaned my windows and vacuum out the car. We never said we wanted that done and to top it off it didnt even look like they vacuum it out it still looked the same.

Jiffy Lube is getting pricy. Almost $100 bucks for oil change and tire rotation. Maybe its time to start looking somewhere else. Also wanted to do $450 of additional work.

I went thinking it would be timely. I was there almost 3 hours as the guy working on my car went home without telling anyone he was done with my car. What should have taken 30-40 min took 3 hours.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Waited my turn like everyone else. Employee can in after oil change and was trying to up sell me on air filters and wipers. When I told him I wasn’t interested, he got frustrated and told me that they were too busy to rotate my tires. The only reason I came in was for oil and tire rotation and when I wouldn’t buy more service he refused any further service.

Service was quick and friendly, but I felt very pressured into purchasing extra things... so an oil change ended up costing me $130+ after I was done. I think I will be asking my boyfriend to teach me how to change my own oil next time!

The one on central just past ridge road has great costumer service friendly and made sure everything was done and put back together unlike the one on south Seneca who forgets to put the break master cylinder cap on and u loose fluids and have no breaks I’ll use them again

Kenny was the best! We purchased a Groupon today and tried, not knowing you had to wait. My bad on my part, never tried Groupon before. So, it was invalid. I was willing to pay full price for services rendered. Kenny, went ahead and gave us the Groupon price. This guy is the BEST, very kind,professional and all around good guy. He hooked us up with coupons for later.

Not impressed at all, I went in for a oil change that they quoted me over the phone for $29.99 and then charge me $58.99. Then proceed to tell me i need a valve cover gasket because it was leaking. My car was only a half of a quart low on oil and I havent added oil in 5 months. So if it was pouring oil out of the gasket, I would have been adding a whole lot more oil than that. Im just not impressed and will not be back

Went in for an oil change I refused to go anywhere else but this jiffy lube Im always taking care of and put priority above anything else. The customer service is top notch and they always make sure I leave with everything I need. I refuse to use any other services at any other place but Central avenue because of the excellent customer service.

Paid 50.00 for 30.00 oil change...there shisters.

Girlfriend went here to get oil changed. Jiffy Lube tried charging over $90 because she has high mileage. Reasoning was that her milage being over 100k required synthetic oil and required more work. Then they tried dropping it down to $40 after she said no LOL. So she went to walmart, got conventional oil and an oil change for $21. I am assuming that because she is a girl they thought she was stupid. NEVER GO HERE.

The service was OK. They cleaned and vacuumed my car for free which was nice.However! Nobody working there was wearing a mask, I had to ask them to put them on, and most of the guests were also not wearing masks. One customer had a horrible cough and repeatedly left the building to have a coughing fit.What should’ve been a routine oil change ended up as a terrifying experience that left me feeling that nobody there cared about the pandemic or whether or not they were getting people sick.If you care about your health do not go to Jiffy Lube.

Worst experience ever! I have taken my vehicles to jiffy lube for years and have never ever had someone be so rude! They made my air conditioner make a humming noise and they refused to do anything except put a new filter on which did nothing and told my husband that we were just pulling one over on them that it was a preexisting condition. And then told me that he didnt hear anything. When I got irritated at him, he threatened to call the cops on me. Needless to say Im filing complaints on not only Marvin but that location.Update: Took the car to the 21st street location to get a second opinion and they were so nice to us. They looked into the noise that they did in fact hear. Come to find out the employees at the central Ave location had put the air filter in upside down and there were leaves in the compartment making it rattle when the AC was on. So imagine that.... We werent lying! And now it doesnt make a noise. 😳🙄If you ever want to go to a jiffy dont waste your time with this location head over to 21st and theyll treat you right!

Over charge and gouge prices disrespectful employees. Manager stated it was my job to pay his employees.

My wife and I took our car in for a routine oil change on Sept 23rd. On our way home our car’s engine stopped as usual at a stop light (It has the “Auto Start-Stop system“) so it wasn’t unusual. The problem is, it did not restart when I let off the brake. I had to put it in park, and restart the engine. We have never had this problem before we took it into JiffyLube. It has always restarted after letting off of the brake. My wife also drove it today, and the lavigation is not working properly.

The manager was extremely knowledgeable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They made the process quick and easy. I have decided to make this my exclusive location for oil changes and other engine necessities!

Fast, quick, easy. Streamlined service, quickly greeted and handled by Elijah. The primary reason Im leaving a review is because of Matthew, who was not our primary technician but was above and beyond in manners and making myself and other customers feel comfortable and happy. Quick to help incoming customers, hes genuinely on the ball and very polite, handling visibly and vocally upset customers as well during my visit.

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I was given a discount based on multiple services. My biggest concern is that they did not appear to have implemented any changes in their business model to accommodate for COVID 19. I was asked to use a keyboard that had obviously not been cleaned or sanitized to provide my information. there were no disinfecting wipes available to wipe down common areas or chairs in the waiting room. there was a single bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter. Customer service rep was not wearing a mask and there were no barriers installed to protect their employees from me or me from them. I didnt get the sense that they were even aware that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and need to protect each other.

Would have been 5 stars but the guy at the cash register kept complaining about the manager not being back from lunch and he said the guys in the shop were mindless ants. Doesnt look good to customers. Insulting for the shop guys and makes the customer think maybe that their car is not in good hands while there. The guys that changed my oil did a good job. The guy up front that took my money not a good job. Should make him hold the sign out by the street or run the vac and clean windows. I wont be back unless the manager is there.

The last two times I had my oil changed at this location I had problems. The time before last I had an overfill and ended up leaking a bunch of oil and when I checked it way high on the dipstick. This most recent visit I had a problem when my battery was dead when I came to pick up my vehicle. It was fine after I got it jumped and then let the car run for a while so I think it was just ran down when they were working on the car and left the doors open and the lights all on probably. I think the problem is more at this location but it was the most convenient location for me.

Really customer friendly and will kindly explain anything to you! Never has made me feel incompetent. I was in and out for an oil change within 20 minutes. Never going back to Walmart, thats for sure.

Did a great job getting us in and out with oil change. Checked air pressure in tires and got the preasure going. Plus let us know whar car is due for to obtain optimum maintenance. Had 2 cars in there and out within the time they asked for. No delays.

I like the way they conduct business, I thought I had stepped back in time 30 years with the courtesy, value and professional attitude.

Very quick help. Never too busy. They have good knowledge but like every mechanic they hit you with a big Bill and say that it semi urgent. Semi urgent never is truly defined by any mechanic so I cant dock points for that but it does hold them away from perfect.

Quick work patching my tire and oil change.

I went here with a $30 off coupon (for a $70 oil change), the oil change was $112 AFTER a $30 off coupon for a civic. Dissapointed they didn’t put the coupon on and charged my card more than they were supposed to.

We bought the Groupon $53.99 synthetic change service as a Mothers Day gift because money was tight due to the Covid stuff. When it came time to pay we were told there was an additional &24.99 due. We were basically ripped off the $24.99 because when we checked in we were told the Groupon coupon covered the what you get services listed with the full synthetic service. THATS ALL THEY DID. We asked for a receipt for what was done and NOTHING ELSE WAS DONE! Over 10 years ago I regularly had my truck serviced with Jiffy Lube. They misthreaded the oil plug and did not lube the chassis as my truck started to squeak as a result. In my opinion not only does Jiffy Lube not perform services as agreed they add random amounts to services to raise their bottom dollar. No thanks. Stay away.

Been a zero star if possible. Went to get my vehicle serviced. Charge me $170 for an oil change. To find out they also supposedly topped off all the fluids which they did not. They changed and rotated my tires which they did not. And put new wiper blades on which I doubt they did. The whole service took 17 minutes call store to complain and they said they doubt that really happened.

EXCELLENT! Best experience I have ever had at a quick lube shop. The minute I drove on the lot someone was waiting to greet me at my car, their lobby was clean, and they even went to the extent of making sure i was comfortable before my car was serviced. I was given a detailed description of the service and the oil to be selected from. Afterward they informed me about some of the good parts of my vehicle and some of the things we should work on. I decided to flush my radiator because it was over-due and it was starting to cause some less that positive effects inside of my engine; they even gave me a discount on the whole service! the whole experience was very positive and I enjoyed interacting with the staff. They made me feel like they valued my business with them and that they actually CARED ABOUT MY CAR. A plus!!
