Rick is truly caring, and was so helpful to me. He was on vacation and wouldnt be able to service my dryer today, but he talked with me on the phone about the things that may be causing my problems, and how to fix them. Thankfully with his expertise, my dryer is now working again! 10/10 recommend! THANKS RICK!!

I highly recommend this company and Rick! Our dishwasher wasnt draining, and Rick was willing to take the time to try and help us trouble shoot the problem over the phone. When we werent able to fix it that way, he was able to get us on his schedule quickly to fix it. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. Highly recommend!

Despite the busy season, Rick answered my call the first time (I called a few other places before him and either no answer or went to voicemail). He took the time to diagnose the issue over the phone and scheduled same day appointment. He came on time, carefully diagnosed the issue with my AC and didnt rush into suggesting expensive parts replacement. He even gave me a few maintenance tips. Hes very knowledgeable and to top it off, great customer service. He’s courteous and his services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend his services and would definitely consider him again for repairs.

I called about my dryer blowing the fuse. This gentleman was the nicest guy ever. Really helpful, was so willing to ask what the problem was and let me know the 2 things that could be going on and how to fix . I am a mother of 4 and married and it really helped knowing he wasnt just wanting my money, He just wants to help and that to me makes him the number one appliance guy around. Thank you so much you have no idea how much I need a break and just need my dryer to work

All around great service. He responded quickly, acted professionally, and now my AC is running better than ever!! Will definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone having trouble with their AC.
