Jerry Will and Al replaced our furnance. They were very prompt, completed the installation professionally and quickly. We were suffering without A/C in this humid and hot weather. They offered their recommendation for the most beneficial and cost effective solution for us. Very impressed with their logic and knowledge to provide the best possible solution. Brandon and Abe responded to my request for maintenance in the evening. House was super hot. Now it’s cooling down. They were quick and took the time to educate me on proper care of the system. Will definitely be dealing with them in the future.

I had just gotten home from vacation where it was already close to 100 degrees and returned home where it was 95 outside. I was really looking forward to coming in to some cold air in the house, but when I opened the door and stepped inside…. It was worse than outside! 93 degrees with no air movement. Called 4 or 5 places that said they were open on Sunday according to google. Most places I got a voicemail with a promise to call back or was told that they don’t do emergency calls on the weekend. Rods actually answered and said that they could get someone there within a couple of hours. I received a call from one of their techs (Abraham) and he informed me they had one more stop before heading my way. The guys, Abraham and Brandon arrived about an hour later and had me cooling off in about 15 minutes! I was quite impressed with the responsiveness and how quick they had me up and running. As mine is a 20 year old unit, I was planning on replacing the whole thing this fall. I plan on using these guys for sure!

All the people at this company are AWESOME! Tyler came out the same day the A/C went out. He was super friendly and knowledgeable! He came out on a Friday and I had an appointment the following Monday. Kevin, Jerry and Will showed up early to replace the unit. They were friendly and professional. They explained what were going to do in terms I could understand (Im not a technical person). I would highly recommend Rods Cooling and Heating!

The owner presented me with all the options and price ranges allowing me to make an informed decision. Tyler was amazing. Efficient and honest. A lot of companies might try and upsell to add to charges and none of this happened. I would recommend to anybody and everybody who need service for their heating for cooling. He also gave us advice on how to keep the unit clean and did a quick inspection of our heating unit to make sure all looked good. Just so pleased with eveything, it is so nice to know there are honest companies out there.

Had an appointment scheduled for today at 10 AM. No one called and no one showed. I tried to call to follow up at 1030 and there was no answer. I was finally able to reach the office at 1230PM to let them know. Very disappointed after all the positive reviews and feedback for this company.

Tyler and Abraham and the other guys which I cant remember their name sorry were awesome. They explained everything they were doing to me and gave me some tips on how to keep my unit clean with all of the cotton flying everywhere. I had high hopes for this company. My ac went out and The lady told me it would be fixed that day because it was considered emergent as I have a 2 month old in the house. So the guys showed up in their regular truck not their work truck and looked at it for 5 seconds and told me they couldnt fix the problem because they didnt bring anything with them. They also told me we would be fine and to just put a box fan in front of my two month old. So we decided to cancel with them due to this behavior and they still had the nerve to charge us for a 5 second interaction. I would not recommend them.

My neighbor told me about Rod’s. I connected them on a Friday night. They responded with an email letting me know that I could save service call weekend charges if I sat tight til Monday. They came out on Tuesday as Monday was the 4th of July observed. tyler and his teammate quoted a competitive price and I was pleasantly surprised when they were ready to install Thursday. I thought it was Going to be Friday. Win! The crew: Jerry, Miguel, Ian, and Will. These guys were cordial, appreciative, and made my family feel at home. Very friendly and professional. Originally tried to squeeze us last minute for Friday but they had a lot of calls and moved us to Saturday but still charged us Friday labor rates. Tyler and Carson were super friendly and got the job done quickly. Will definitely use Rod’s again in the future.

I had a complete AC and Furnace replacement done. Rod came out a day after I called him....gave me a estimate for everything....including running a new gas line. Gave him the green light to do the work on Friday....his crew was out Monday morning. Took Kevin...Jerry...Will and Brandon a little over a day to tear out old and put in new. Including a lot of new ductwork. Everyone was very friendly....courteous...and above all professional. They cleaned everything up when they left so all I had to do was enjoy the new system. Would highly recommend this company for any kind of HVAC work that needs to be done.

Furnace at my home had a glitch and stopped working on a cold Sunday evening.Rods company was open and available.Showed up in good time (within the hour). Furnace repair was done in good time, got it all fixed up (had to replace a fuse triggered by loose wire), and good to go.Very professional, polite, and great attitude.Checked everything else out in furnace while he was looking at it.The price to come out and fix it was very fair and reasonable...especially since it was a Sunday evening.Very pleased with them. I found Rod’s Cooling and Heating through the Home Advisor app the night before. I was contacted first thing the next morning via phone by a very understanding and respectful gentleman. Upon hearing the issue I was having with my air conditioner at a home our son rents from us, he explained he would be out that same afternoon and would do what needed to be done to remedy the issue. I had contacted 3 other service companies and was told the earliest they would be available was late the next day, while understandable, it was not ideal. Fortunately, the issue was as simple as changing the air filter. I then recontacted Rod’s and advised I would not need their service after all as the issue had been fixed. The gentleman- over the phone - walked me through several steps to ensure the air filter was the only issue. He did this of his own accord and was not seeking any payment - just an honest and pure of heart business man. This is why, should I need their services in the future, they are the first and only company I’ll call. Thank you!

Diagnosed problem wrong the first time, they thought they fixed my heater on the initial visit. They had to come out a few days later for the same problem. Managed to diagnose the actual problem that time, told me they would call me the next day with info on the part I may need. Never called me back. I waited a week, still no call. I called and spoke to receptionist, still waiting on a call back.Edit* they finally called me back and told me the technician was dialing the wrong number for a week. And that I need a new heater l.

Found this company through homeadvisor.com. they are knowledgeable in A/C systems, which is what I needed serviced. They arrived on time, and were very professional. Once arriving they got to work and quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

Rod & Brandon trouble-shot our AC that was blowing fuses on the control board. Had the unit charged & running relatively quickly & shared freely all that they did.Also provided options & quotes for replacement as the old unit is on its last leg.We are very satisfied with their work.
