Late last night my HVAC air handler started making an odd grinding noise so after a bit of googling I had a feeling it might have been the blower fan motor. Aire Serv was available 24 hours so I gave them a call. John answered at 11:30pm and was super helpful and courteous and gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone. He let me know that he wasn’t able to schedule me that night but to reach out in the morning. I called again at 6am and John answered again! (I’m convinced that the man doesn’t sleep)He let me know the office opened at 8 so since I had to be at work I filled out their contact form on the website and promptly received a call at 8:02. The woman that called (I’m blanking on her name) was also very nice and let me know that they could have someone out this afternoon. Jesse called me about an hour before he was originally scheduled to let me know he was on the way. He was professional and courteous as well. He established quickly that it was in fact a bad motor. Including the time it took him to go to another location to pick up a new motor (he didn’t have the exact model with him) and get back, the entire repair only took a little over two hours. Jesse left the area around my furnace clean and it’s like nothing was ever wrong with the unit.The cost of the repair was right in line with what I was quoted by John over the phone and I was so impressed that I bought their annual maintenance service.I went from a busted HVAC system back to normal in a little over 14 hours and the work they did was excellent. I’ve already started recommending them to coworkers and would absolutely recommend them to anyone reading this review.Great work guys, and thanks so much!

My home warranty company has been sending aire serv to fix my ac for a month. They have come to my house 5 times and still have not fixed my ac. They keep sending different people, half of which didnt even know why they were there and what they were supposed to do. Im still without ac in 100+ degree weather, waiting on them to come out yet again.

I literally cannot sing enough praise for this company!! This is the second time weve used them and the second time they have gone above and beyond.Theres a whole lotta back story here, bit ill try to condense. We recently bought a new home and when we started the AC this summer it worked for a short time, then went out. We made the mistake of calling the company whose name was plastered to the side of the units. That transaction was terrible from the start. They quoted one price then added stuff without our consent. My husband wasnt watching what the tech was doing but just happened around the corner as he was getting ready to recharge the AC with fluid (also without our consent). My husband asked what he was doing and he told him and then said it was going to cost hundreds of dollars. By this point we were upset and told him we would pay for what he had done, but we were ready for him to leave. He became angry and told us the cost was double what they had originally quoted. When my husband questioned the price he said well its not free!. Game over. The AC worked for a little while, but on July 4th we again woke up to no AC.That brings us to Aire Serv. We did what we should have done in the first place and called the company that we had a great experience with when they replaced our furnace in our last home. We called on Monday, July 5th and they were able to squeeze us in Wednesday, July 7th. JESSE was our technician. He was supposed to arrive between 10 and 11 so as with most services I was expecting to wait until 10:55. NOPE!! He called at 9:10 and asked if I was available and ready for him to come outHe was so very nice. Introduced himself and got right to work. He checked the thermostats, then the furnace, then the AC units. He found the problem and got it fixed, but he didnt stop there. He checked everything to make sure it was working properly. He helped us discover that we have 2 furnaces since we have 2 AC units (The second one was hidden at the top of the loft). He was here for almost 3 hours. I was totally prepared for a bill similar to the previous company and didnt even care because the experience had been SOOOO much better. NOPE! The bill was only a small fraction of what we paid to be conned and disrespected by the other company. I apologize for ever calling anyone else. Aire Serv customer for life!! Thank you so much for being a good an honest company.Also, Jesse checked to see if either unit needed recharged...they did not. Ill be emailing BBB about the other company

John and his people are the best. We have had them install a new HVAC system at our church and they were wonderful. Even got out on a cold Sunday morning when a bird got caught in the small chimney and caused the furnace to shut done. John came and took care of everything very quietly so he wouldnt disturb the service.We just recently had Shaun out to service our entire system. The AC was struggling to keep up and it was so close to fall had the furnace done as well. AC had too much coolant in the system (work done by a different company that the building owner had highered) and he quickly took care of the problem. Cleaned both systems and the price was great. He was prompt, neat, and thorough. Highly recommend this company over any other in the area.

Im very happy, and very impressed. Its Fall, weve had some cold nights, and our heater stopped working last night. I was up early this morning calling the local big name places, that I recognized from TV commercials. The answers I got were booked booked booked until into next week or further. With cold nights coming, I looked at a google map of companies, and saw that Aire Serv was only 3 miles from my house, so decided to try them. A REAL person (and nice lady) picked up the phone, and said they could have someone at my house, early that afternoon. She even told me my repair man was named Sean. Well, Sean called me an hour before his estimated time, and said he was on his way! He was nice, and professional, explained everything to me, and had our heater working better than ever, in less than an hour, and for less money than I was expecting. And my dogs even liked him, and that means a lot to us! Im glad I called them, and will be using them from now on!

The serviceman was scheduled to work at 1:00 but by the time I called the shop to find out his whereabouts it was past 3:00 and no call from him. When he finally showed out he did fine, diagnosed the problem and came back with the part early next morning..... he actually is a person with good sense of humor. AC fixed and cool air gushed out, heavenly! I left it on and went out to do some errands Was I surprised and disappointed when I returned. Cool air was no more, internal temp was 85 and rising. He’ll be back to check early tomorrow so I’ll do a follow up on this post and update my rating.

I do feel that people should share their experiences when dealing with service companies and people. Today I will tell you I had the best experience ever with John and Air Serv. They came out quickly after we had an AC issue in the middle of the night. My fears were that my entire system had burnt up and it would be thousands to fix. It was only a fan motor and capacitor problem much to my surprise. John is a very kind and honest man who absolutely knows his craft. He took the time to explain things to me. Show me what had happened and what he needed to do to fix it. In less than an hour he diagnosed the problem, cleaned up some prior work that was less that satisfactory and replaced my fan motor. My AC is working better than it ever has. The price was amazing and the service was top notch. Thank you John!!! You will forever have my business and I will refer you to everyone I know. So glad to have met you.

They always make it out in a reasonable time frame, are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they dont take advantage of their customers. This is something way out of my area of expertise, so Id be easy to talk into services or parts I didnt need, but they only charge us for what we actually need and make it clear that they value our loyalty. They were able to come out less than 24 hours after I called - which was great, considering it was 90 degrees in my home! They were very kind and even loved on my puppies for a bit, which is always a good sign in my book!Very reasonable rate (less than $200 total) and they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Purchased our Lyton Air from AireServ. I have always enjoyed their friendliness and help. But yesterday the person Shaun, was unfamiliar, didnt ask me if I would prefer if he would wear a mask (which I would have), and asked to use my restroom (which he did). Normally this would be minor but in todays pandemic I felt uncomfortable.

Great experience with Brent. He took the time to explain everything to us, made a recommendation to replace a part now vs waiting for it to potentially fail and have a bigger repair bill. I will definitely call Aire Serv in the spring when its time to check the AC. I found them to be very professional. I appreciated the great communication as far as letting me know when theyd be here. Brent even put shoe protectors on as it was a little snowy the day he was here so he wouldnt track anything across the carpet. They earned a five star rating!

Prompt, professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Whats not to like? Brent and Sean(sp?) restored my aging A/C system to full capacity with a recharge and some Stop Leak. I dont usually leave reviews however, my experience with Aire Serv was phenomenal! The receptionist was extremely polite, she listened to my rambling on what I thought was the problem she explained the diagnostic fee and assured me their would be no hidden fees or even an hourly rate and if I decided to replace my system (which I did and absolutely LOVE MY DAIKIN MINI SPLIT) the diagnostic fee would be waived. John is amazing he didnt just try to sale me anything. the technicians i believe Dave and Army are polite, clean and great with animals, they answered all my questions and even called the following day to make sure everything was working properly. Saw that this company had great reviews on google so decided to give them a try. I should have not. Called on a Monday to get a free quote for a new furnace, they said they would call back to give me a time for the appointment. did not receive call all week, so called back on Friday to see if they had forgot to call back, they said that they would come the next day. They did not come or even called. That’s too many broken promises. If that’s how they treat new customers I don’t want to see how they treat you once you’re their customers. Horrible first impression. Would not recommend, google needs to review their rating on these guys.

Once again John and Brent did not disappoint! On Thursday our heater quit, Friday morning Brent was out at 8 AM and diagnosed our heater as DOA, Saturday morning John was out at 8 and had a new system installed by noon. This is typical of their customer service, quick, friendly, and professional. They did everything to save us money. Count us as two happy retired teachers!!

Technicians where efficient and respectful. They did an awesome job and I am extremely grateful of there excellent and professional installation. Great warranty and timing. The only gripe I have is due to there high demand (obviously after post inspection these techs where elite) it was initially extremely difficult to schedule. Their front desk is pretty much non-existent. So you just have to keep trying until they fit you in. Overall though, very satisfied with the price and work. Thanks!

Ive dealt with a lot of AC companies. This one is the best. They are affordable and treat their customers right. Ive had a leak for awhile other companies couldnt find. Aire Serv found it right away, fixed it, and are going to do a check-up in the Spring for free because they guarantee their work!

We lost our heat last Friday night so we called Aireserv Saturday morning and Brendt was out before noon. Not only did he repair the problem, but he took me downstairs and showed me what to do if it happened again. How cool is that!!! Plus they are very reasonable price wise. I have used Aire Serv Service Plan for 2 homes for 3 years. The service tech has been prompt, knowledgeable and extremely considerate of our homes.

This man will take advantage if you if you are very dumb, I bought a new controller I simply asked him is it easy to install and what color of these wire mean, I asked if he can install it since I already paid him $100 on other service all he does was check it and said nothing fine with it, he then tell me he have no time to install the controller so I asked him how much he said $50, all he does it was to take out the old one out and put new one on and plug all the wire back in less than 5 mins and I felt like a dumbfound should have done that by myself and save 50, as easy take out rca wire out of vcr and put back in. On top of that he didnt even install C wire since my new controller used wireless and it eat up battery a few days . He doesnt know anything about router and network, the new controller have it password where you download the app on the phone, and to connect it and its need its password, he keep telling me I need to put in my router password whole connecting to the controller, the argue went nonstop since he think he is correct, I told him its doesnt work then I stop listening to him and put the controller password then it work. And guess what he said then do it pretty rude when I point out his mistake. Either he us just an ass, not his day that day or just a racist .

Great service by the technician (Brentt) and owner (John). I called around for tune-up for my two furnaces and got the best pricing and service from Aire Serv. They were able to come out the same day and do the tune-up. Brentt was not in a rush and spent significant amount of time making sure everything was working correctly. He found out during the tune-up that inducer motor on one of my furnaces was about to go out. It surely did go out after couple days of tune-up and they came out the same day and replaced it within 30 minutes of my call! There were no extra charge for same day service and Brentt was extremely professional and took great care of walking me through the process during the repair.
