My garbage disposal had started to leak straight through the housing of my old disposal and I was on able to use my kitchen sink because of that. Are you quick to respond? Heck yeah, quicker than lightning! You were very kind and while you were here doing the garbage disposal replacement. You diagnosed the symptoms very quickly and knew instantly that you needed to replace it. Then you went back to the warehouse to get a disposal that would fit my needs. Even this was a very short period of time because you were to the warehouse and back in just a few minutes. I was amazed at how quickly the replacement was installed and the work you did is amazing. I’d also like to note that you took good care of me and gave me an even better garbage disposal that I had in the first place. I had a 1/3 hp disposal and you replaced it with a 1/2 hp model. On a special note I’d like to thank you because I know you’re on a busy schedule however you took the time to look at my water heater system to tell me yes or no whether you could do replacement with a tankless water heater system the guy that I previously bought and have never gotten around to getting it installed. I look forward to getting your quote for that job. I also want to let your boss know that I don’t really know what you’re being paid however, because of the fantastic, fast, professional, kind, I can’t think of all the words to describe how happy I am with your service, please whoever you are the boss of these men, they deserve a very big raise. September 2021- David and Justin were both wonderful. They were great with my dogs, followed COVID protocols with masking and wearing booties, listened while I explained what I had been experiencing and took my concerns seriously. They were able to diagnose the issue and ran a thorough check on everything to make sure it was all running as it should be, and offered advice to make sure it stayed that way. They made sure they showed me everything they were telling me about, allowed me to ask questions and had answers that were satisfactory. I know what to look for and I know who I’ll be calling when I need work done again!May 2021- Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable about my issue when I tried to upgrade my home toilet water supply line on my own and ran into trouble. He was quick to respond, offered an upgrade to my existing water valve without pressure and helped me locate the main shut off valve in my home. He was patient with me and fixed the issue quickly and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left and did an excellent job cleaning up the work area. I would definitely recommend his expertise.

We had trouble with our home warranty finding a company to fix our a/c unit. I called on time plumbing late Friday night and Chris called a little later to let me know he would be out the following day. He came out and spent HOURS at our house making sure my kids wouldnt have to spend another night in a house that had been 86 degrees. He left after 8 pm. He definitely deserves a raise!

Chris and Sam were the best! They knew we needed the the AC installed ASAP and they made it happen the same day. They were very professional and thorough in their work. We will definitely call them again!

My 20 year old AC unit quit working Saturday night 7-31-21. On Sunday morning I started reading reviews for AC service companies. I chose On Time Plumbing, Heating, and Air. I called and got their answering service and left a message with them. Within a few minutes I received a call back from their tech Sam F. He ask about my situation with my non working AC unit and told about what time he would arrive to check the unit out. Sam was on time and a very courteous technician. He checked my AC unit and found the problem. He had the part on hand to get it up and running. He gave the unit a check over and advised me on some things I might do to keep the old girl running a bit longer and told me my options on a new replacement unit. The service call was reasonably priced for a Sunday morning emergency call. I am very happy with the work done. I will use this company again and would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and air work done.

I worked with Willy and had a great experience. He called 30 minutes in advance to prepare me for his arrival. He was upfront about pricing and after diagnosing the problem gave me several options to choose from. I didnt feel pressured to make a rash decision or do unnecessary work. There were two very nice kind getlemen that came to repair my sons AC system at my sons home. I met them there because the company requires someone there who is at least 18 yrs of age, (which is a very good idea). They were on time 👌😉, performed their work in a professional and timely manner.They did not leave until they had the unit working properly! Cleaned up after themselves very well when finished! I will definitely be using this company myself!

Craig Parsons was quick to call after hours when I called for help after my sewer was backing up in my basement. He asked the right questions to determine what services were probably need and quoted me the price for that. He then came to my house at night in 14• weather as quick as he could. Have used On Time Plumbing on at least six occasions since we moved into our house. We had an old heating, air and water and over the last three years since we moved in all parts that were possible to fail in our over 20 year old systems did. The plumber was very quick to respond to an emergency call on a Sunday. He replaced the broken water main valve quickly and with a valve that will be easier to use and less prone to breakage. He was friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

On Time was amazing. When my husband and I suspected a frozen pipe we were definitely panicked! We called another company that said to wait it out and hope it doesn’t burst. Craig with On Time was great! We have been having issues with backups and have had multiple people look at the issue, but nobody is sure what’s going on. While the issue wasn’t fount since we couldn’t recreate it, Craig was extremely courteous and tried everything he could to ensure we didn’t have issues that could be fixed. We weren’t charged for his time since no work was actually performed which was AWESOME. I will definitely make sure to call On Time and Craig if we have issues in the future.

Justin, the technician that came to my rescue, was on time, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He took the time to show me the problem, explain how and why it happened, and walk me through everything necessary to repair the issue. Ive had this company perform plumbing work through American Homeshield and every time they have been professional and knowledgeable in their work. In this instance, I called and got scheduled the same day within a couple hours of calling.This time, they inspected and replaced an outdoor water faucet (hose bit) that had burst due to the recent freezing weather. They worked quickly and got the bit replaced. They cleaned up the work area (had to cut a hole in the interior wall and install a panel for easy future access) and everything is working perfectly.I will be relying on them for future plumbing work.

I had not had the AC system checked since I bought my home last fall, when we finally turned it on, it was leaking condensation. The repair was quick and the system works fantastically now.
