We use Kyles all the time and have always been pleased with the service and prices. We recently took our new car to have the oil changed and were told that because of the type of oil we have, we did not have to change it at this time. Anyone else would have taken our money and changed the oil anyway. That kind of honesty and integrity is a rarity these days.

Was hands down the best the service! I drove all the way across Wichita Falls after reading reviews because I was tired of waiting at wal mart. So glad that I did. Super friendly. Super fast. Never even had to get out of my car. Stayed in the air conditioning the entire time. Will definitely use again, time and time again!!!

My daughter has been taking her car here for about 9 months. She depends on her car for work, as she is a delivery driver. Recently she bought a new car from a private seller, and took it in to have the fluids changed. I happened to be on the phone with her at the time, so I could hear everything she and Kyle said. Kyle inspected the car and informed her that it had a fresh oil change sticker that was only 3 weeks old, and did not need to be changed yet. His tech who was in the lube pit under the car already, pointed out that there was a slight oil leak around the filter, most likely from not being screwed on tight enough. Kyle had the tech tighten it up, checked the oil level, and did not charge her anything. He said they would look forward to seeing her when it was due. So refreshing to see a business like this one being run with integrity. Highly recommend!!

This is my go-to place for oil changes. They are friendly and they move the cars through like they give a heck about people. Short waits and thorough service. Kyles is well respected.

I have been taking my car to Kyles since purchase. Saturdays are super busy, but theyre quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I love the service I receive and the price I pay. They offer oil filter and lube service, as well as state inspections. If you need wipers or a bulb, theyll take care of it as well. Its an added convenience for me, as my husband doesnt always have the time to do those for me.

Best place to have your Oil changed if not just in Wichita Falls but probably Wichita County.

I always call ahead before doing anything because my toddler doesn’t like new surroundings, sounds etc so I always try to map out how long the wait is going to be.. I called and was told in and out in between 5 -15 mins and that’s exactly how it was! I did not have to wait long at all.. I was embarrassed because I never got an oil change since I got my car almost a year ago and nobody made it feel awkward lol.. they did the change super fast and we were out! I thank you guys for that.. not a lot of people understand how valuable that is, especially when you have fussy kiddos etc

Absolutely the worst oil change service I have ever been to. These people couldnt put oil in a 55 gallon drum! I am really not sure how they find their way to work every day.
