Fabulous, quick service. Our car looked brand new after this wash. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they offer a military discount. The price was fair as well. We will definitely be returning!!

Zero difference between their most expensive and least expensive car washes. Most of the time at least half of their staff is on their phones while trying to spray your car down. One of the last times, the guy was so distracted he only sprayed half my car 🙄 The washes are decent, but way wayyy overpriced for what you receive

I ran my work truck through the wash and got the $25 wash. It came out with a giant streak. They ran it back through the wash. I used the free vacuums. I would go back to this place. Staff was very friendly.

Great car wash. Never getting my oil changed there again. Had my Suburban oil changed just to have to replace filter 3 days later because the super cheap filter caused car to lose oil pressure. 90 dollars is too much pay for a when you get a better 40 dollar oil change at Wal-Mart.

The use of their vacuum cleaners FREE of charge draws me in and then I cant leave without a carwash! Cant have a clean inside and be riding dirty on the outside!!

Sad that my 11 year old could tell that the guy that sprays down the front and back of your car wasnt doing his job because he was too busy on his phone. Then when I pulled up to have them dry it off all of them where on there phones there too and I had to wait til the older man came and started drying my car.

This is the first time I have went there to get my oil change and a state inspection. Staff was very professional and let me know what I needed. Im happy 😊 with the out come. I like the free car wash. Ill be back.

I go 2-3 times a week and get same results the back of the car doesnt get cleaned sometimes the windshield doesnt get clean but then I have a fast pass prepaid each month

Good place to get a clean car

Its great for a car wash but the staff is often rude and dont seem to care. The most professional employees are the ones who wipe and dry your car off afterwards. I had an employee yell at me because the guy in front of my wasnt moving his car and somehow that was my fault. Rude, but it gets your car washed. The free vacuums located next to the Car wash itself are the best part.

I did not enjoy the experience. The payment of $20 for the top carwash was not worth what I got. My car did not get clean and it was only lightly dusty. The workers were too busy with chatting that the pre-wash was barely done. The water washing my car was dirty. When the wash finished, the people drying my car left streaks on all my windows and mirrors and were too busy on their cell phones. I will not use the one on Kell West again. I hate giving bad reviews. I honestly avoid giving one. However, this is what I have experienced the last couple of times I went to this location. Therefore, I felt the issues needed to be addressed.

Its hot down here in Texas, especially during the summer. I use to hand wash my car; however, after trying All American Express Car Wash on Kell, Ive decided to go ahead and take my car there once a month instead. Their cashier is quite nice and helpful on the best times to come, which I tend to choose to come during Happy Hour for their $5 discount on their $20 wash. Thats a bargain given all the cleaning power their car wash provides. The only real complaint that I have is with the employees dry cleaning my car. They dont tend to scrub really hard on the side mirrors, resulting in those little droplets. Outside of that, they do a wonderful job drying off the rest of the car. The vacuums arent that great their either. I tend to use the vacuum at my house as the ones there are a little too big for my taste, which is a pain given that I tend to track a lot of dirt into my car.

Always receive an excellent wash for a reasonable price and courteous service!

Enjoy the car wash and vacuums, but the service center staff could use some clarification as far as vehicle inspections and what passes and what doesnt. Failed the car due to crack in tail light but went down the street and were passed because it did not show white light and maintained tail light road standards. Staff was nice and courteous though so that is definitely not a complaint!

$20 car wash and still have loads of bugs on the front of the car and smudges all over car from the hand dry. Will try elsewhere or wash myself from now on. For $20 some extra attention to detail while drying would go a long way.

Stopped by here on my lunch to get an oil change. I was in and out in under 20 min. The staff was very efficient and courteous. Highly recommend.

I was a lube tech in my 20s and I always changed my own oil for twenty plus years. More recently, Ive just gotten tired of squeezing under my cars and making a mess in the garage. I trust these guys with my car. Every time Ive come here, every employee has been friendly and professional. They look you in the eye and they appear confident in their work. The free car wash with my oil change is a plus. My last visit was so positive, I felt I had to comment .

I left all my change in middle console and dropped it off for an oil change. An hour later, I get to Aldis and need a quarter for the basket and realize all my change was taken. Dont leave anything valuable in your car if you take it here. I am changing to Mikes Lube Shop after this experience...

I like All American Car Wash. Its not super-expensive... $5 for the cheapest wash, and the vacuum cleaners are free. You dont even have to pay for a wash to use the vacuums! And the cheapest wash does a pretty decent job, too.

The quickie car washes are great fast easy way to keep car clean

This is the only car wash I will use in this town or any surrounding towns. They have top of the line car washes and equipment. Their employees have been nothing but kind and professional. If I need a quick wash I go to the one on Kell, which my son absolutely loves since we can drive through. If I need a detail wash then I go to the one on southwest pkwy. There is no where else that you can get a better wash.

Great vacuums! Wash is hit or miss on quality. Generally pretty good though. Do NOT let them change your oil. To high of a turnover with employees and they dont pay enough attention with the type of oil they need to use. Got a screwed up vehicle over that.

Definitely not returning for an oil change. Guy asked me which one I wanted and he ends up forgetting and doing a much higher priced one. He did admit his mistake and lowered it to the price I thought it would be in the first place but the whole experience was awkward. And the outside price says 29.95$ but the inside price on their board is higher. Not sure what thats about.

It saves water and gets the car pretty clean. I can vacuum the car out easily. The wipe down is minimal with lits and of dried spots. Better than no wash, but really only worth $5.

The last three times We have gone through the wash, the rags on the car wash have a rancid odor to where we turn our a/c off. The colorful foam cleaner doesn’t even have a great smell due to the smelly rags on the conveyors that attempt to clean the car. There was bugs left on the front end and all mirrors. The wipe down was done in less than a minute and was just a sneered mess. For $16 I believe it should be more than this. Definitely won’t go back .

Car wash is a trip and having free vacuuming is convenient. The workers dont seem to be the best communicators. My first time through I was yelled at by one.

Washed my car here after a 7 hour drive so tons of bugs on the car. Bought the $14 wash and it took off most bugs except for some of the toughest ones on the bumper and front grill. My rims with low profile tires made it through with no damage since their rails are lined with smooth plastic specifically designed to prevent scratches. Will take my car back for future washes.

Loved it! $18 was the most expensive package. For this fee they guide you through the car washing machine, then hand dry your car, then you vaccuume it yourself. Quick & no hassle.

Always fast and super polite. They dont talk down to me or try to sell me things I dont need, which I really appreciate.

The $10 wash and wax package was an excellent deal and even after two weeks, my vehicles are still shining. For $14 you can get a bit more and they dry your entire exterior vehicle by hand. The express $7 will also do a fine job for bugs, dirt, confetti, etc. If you have foldable mirrors that you dont want them to fold (ie. because folding them in would break your control module) let the staff know when purchasing and they will not move them.

Simply said the best service in Wichita Falls, the guys there do a great job when it comes to servicing your vehicle.

Good customer service. Dont always get all the bugs off front end. Only other little problem is their power brushes dont clean the wheels of break dust and grime.

I dont know what people expect from a drive through car wash. I pay tge monthly fee for as many car washes as i want and its fantastic. Of course its not as good as you can do in your own driveway but if you drive through 15 times a month like I do to keep the bugs from eating the paint off and keep the tires shiny it comes to about $1 per wash

Ridiculous pricing. I was passing through and knew I was going to need an oil change on the way back to Albuquerque, I had my own oil and filter and just wanted a basic change. They quoted me 30$. I dont know what all their oil change consists of, but it must be freaking awesome

My car came out as dirty as it went in. The side mirrors were full of soap and wash was so fast that it hardly washed anything. Plus there is no blower to at least dry the car a little or people drying the car for you. I will not be using this car wash again.

I had my truck detailed (I use that term lightly) at the Southwest location on the 2nd of Feb 2015 for a charge of 159.00. I had a round to 5 pin trailer adapter stolen from the console of the truck at some point during the wash. I called management and received no apology or offer to replace it. She said they would check their cameras and call me back. Still waiting on that phone call. Also of note......they recycle their water which is great, however, the water leaves white/crusty hard water deposits all over your vehicle when it drips from locations they were not able to dry off. Theyve lost me as a customer.
