Just moved in the area and needed an oil change and rotate.. Fantastic service department. Friendly and fairly priced. Gave my car a great wash. I had a conversation with Coach in sales and got some helpful information. I would recommend Wichita Falls Nissan to everyone.

Recently, I had a tire rotation and oil change done to my 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport. Since the maintenance was going to a take a few hours to get to and complete, I requested a courtesy ride. All personnel I had contact with were courteous professional! I was even contacted later to ensure I was happy with my service. I would highly recommend the Nissan service department to all to use. Very good customer service. They actually came out to our house and gave us a jump start on a holiday when they were short maned. Our car was serviced, and washed. Very pleased!!!

The service was terrible at Nissan of Wichita Falls today. We took our Titan in for the second time to have the same tire repaired. The tire light showing low pressure came on a few minutes after pulling off the lot last time. This time after waiting for over 3 hours they tell us that the tire is unable to be repaired and will need to be replaced. I told him that is fine it is under warranty. He told me the warranty is expired. When I explained the warranty was purchased when we bought the truck 2 years ago and was supposed to cover the life of the tire, he just said it was expired. I have been trying to call the dealership since then to speak to someone to straighten out the problem, but cannot get an answer. The last few times we have taken our vehicles in for service we have had to wait for a long time, but this was ridiculous. We were told you were short staffed but we even asked before we started service how long the wait would be and he said there were 2 oil changes ahead of us. By the time he finally finished putting my tire back on (still with a leak) I was almost late for work and my problem still unresolved.

Took my car in for the 5000 mile oil change. They did the oil change in a timely manner, and washed and vacuumed the car as well. A welcome surprise.

The service department was great! They took care of my battery issues and cleaned and vacuumed out my car! They are rockstars!

Very polite, and great service, I asked for a oil change, and they did that plus checked everything else, even tires. Then they washed it. Great service .. and theyll do the same every 6 months . For under 30 dollars. Wow. I didnt get all the names of guys that worked with my car, Jared made appointment. But thanks to all involved.

These guys were very helpful. They even called the extended warranty and got everything taken care with them! Everytime I called with a question they called me right back. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing your vehicle worked on.

My brand new car has been in this shop two times for wind coming from the sunroof. First time they adjusted and no better. Second time they had car a week waiting on parts, never called to tell any statuses. I had to make all the calls to them. WIND NOISE IS STILL AS AS BAS AS THE BEGINNING. Friendly staff does not make up for the lack of being able to fix the problem.

Went with my mother to have her oil changed and tires rotated. The tires were not rotated at all! Im guessing the oil got changed. First and last service there, even after buying the car there.
