They do a very good job. The new place is very nice and everything is new.

Not worth the time- I made appointments for my mom and I and they made us wait an extra hour for our pedi. Then when it came time to do our mani they rushed through and got mad and frustrated at me for pointing out all the bubbles in the polish.

Service was okay. Asked if I had an appointment, then told me to pick my color. People came in made appointments. Id rate them a 3 and a half.

Would not go back this isn’t the shape I wanted my two pointer fingers are two different sizes and made my thumb bleed

Extremely rude and sat there a talked about me... 3 days later 2 of my nails fell off WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Also lied to me about having a student discount?

I got a pedicure asked for the 30$ package, ended up charging me 50$ my feet are still rough on the bottom. Im sooo mad fhey cut my skin open baddd while fileing my nails. It was TERRIBLE. I was bleeding and all it still stingsThey called me the very next day after the bad review, apologized and fixed my nails. Very impressed! .i would try them again!!!

Horrible nail salon with maliciously rude staff and dirty atmosphere. Tammy at the front desk yelled at me when I told her I didn’t want to pay cash. They pressure you into paying cash for unknown reasons.My nails were falling off after HOURS. They are rude and will turn customers away they don’t like by saying they are too busy and then telling the next people that walk in to come on in and pick out a color. Appointments were never honored, we had an appointment once and waited one hour. The staff will talk s*** about you the whole time. Stay away from this place, there are nicer salons near by.

It was a major struggle to get the gal to stop up selling me and just do what I wanted. Odd, I didnt see a license at her station. Tools used werent the cleaniest. Seems sketchy that they kept bugging me to just pay in cash. I paid with a credit card after the realize I was not giving in. Waxed brows too, but that was way weird they walk into an utility room to bring wax on a stick over to where I was sitting. If I wasnt late for a graduation party I probably would have walked out and said no thanks. Will avoid this place in the future.

I was so disappointed with the whole service. I just got a basic manicure and pedicure but the polish and cuticle job was bad. I usually do my own nails but Im 7 months pregnant and its hard to reach my toes so I thought Id give this place a try. Big mistake! I couldve saved money and done it myself with better results.

I started going here probably 8-9 years ago, this is the ONLY nail salon i will go to. I love Tammy and Jolene!!!!

Best salon in the White Bear Lake area. Tami the manager is so personable with every customer and will make sure you are satisfied with the service.

Worst place I’ve ever been. Said it costed $7 for my fake nails to be any longer than this. Never going back. don’t go here if you want to use the student discount it’s trash.

Horrible first experience.. I will never recommend this salon to anyone. I am so unpleased with the service that i received here. Not only did the lady get an attitude with me because i didnt want gel nails, after i said no thank you id just like acrylic but she then continued to be rough with my hands and have a careless attitude. But when i asked for new nail files (they were clearly used several times) she got an attitude and said that wasnt possible.. Which im sure is very very unsanitary.. She rushed through my nails and didnt care much for appearance cleaely because i get home and am taking a closer look at my nails and theyre different sizes one of them isnt even fully fitted on my finger. I am very disappointed and irritated about this bull **** establishment that you claim to do a good job at. I wish i could get my money back because these nails arent worth a cent. Besides the pretty colors. Is there a health place i can call for those nasty old nail files.

I made an appointment to get my nails and toes done and they took forever for me to actually start getting my nails done. Disrespectful staff never coming here again.
