Ask for Scott, his technique is incredible! He literally isolated every muscle in my back and arms and worked them out individually. I’ve had him do work multiple times and recommend him (and LifeSpa) to people all the time!

Love the life spa! Their staff is great and super knowledgeable! Love that I can get my nails done, facial, hair and message done all at the same place! They have great products and really help you pick the right thing for your personal needs! Kudos!

I had a massage and cupping done today by Lyne- she does amazing work. Ive never tried cupping, and the area of focus I needed feels 100% better than it has in years. Shes very knowledgeable with the bodys wellness, and even gave me some yoga tips 🙂. Definitely will be going back to her, and even convinced my husband to try cupping for his shoulder he pulled years back. Thanks Lyne!!!

The whole staff is incredibly friendly. Since i’ve had my hair done by Kelsey, I have refused to go anywhere but the LifeSpa! She is the queen of coloring blondes.

I have been suffering from next pain and wanted to see if their massage therapists could help me out. I have seen both Carrie and Samone. Both are fantastic! They really knew what they were doing and have helped me get my neck back into shape. I was also impressed with the front desk staff. By my second visit, which was a month after the first, the young lady at the front desk greeted me by name. She may have looked at the schedule before I got there, but regardless, it was a nice gesture. Looking forward to my next massage!
