I went to Nail Chic for the first time tonight! Sean did my nails and did a fabulous job! It was such a great atmosphere and he was super friendly and nice. I have been looking for my new nail spot since I moved to the area and am thrilled I found it!!! I will definitely be back!

I hadn’t been here in years and I brought my daughter in for a manicure for Homecoming while I had a pedicure. I was happy to see Sherry and Sean were there. They did a FABULOUS job on my daughter’s nails and my pedicure was wonderful! I’m tired of going to so-so places and I will be giving Nail Chic my future business as they do a superior job than others around town.

It had been a long time since my last nail appointment and I was very pleased with the service here. I spent time researching many places and settled here and couldnt be more happy with the results. Our appointment was pushed out by a half hour, but they notified us in plenty of time and it worked out much better for us! I went for a manicure, Sean did an amazing job...and my nails were in a shabby condition.😅 I am happy with the hand-painted design too! My boyfriend went for a pedicure, and although I didnt catch her name, I know he is very happy to have feet in better condition! Thank you for everything

My coworkers recommended Nail Chic and I found them to be best nail salon in the area. The rock massage on legs is fabulous. Whatever color Mani Pedi you need, they got it. For Mothers Day I got red. Now summer look with Mermaid color. Fun place and customer service excellent.

I have never been to a better place than this one where my nails receive the care they deserve. Every single time I come in for anything, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Plus they do a very outstanding job every time. I love my new nails and thanks to Hanna who always take care of my hands 🙌

I arrived on time for my appointment but they were running a little bit behind. So, I had to wait for about 25 minutes. They have a variety of colors, which I like. They were very efficient and Professional; I did an ombré style, it was the fastest Service ever. they were not rushing but fast at same time. This was my first time, but I will definitely go back. Oh, also the technician was awesome. He is the only male technician in the salon, and excellent at what he does, absolutely talented. Thank you for your service.

Today, May 18th 2021, I was getting a service by Helen, while a husband & wife, unknown to me, were getting pedicures. The couple were rude to the nail technicians servicing them. I was disgusted by the couple! I have been a customer of Nail Chic for as long as I can remember, and I have ALWAYS received EXCELLENT service and have always recommended Nail Chic to others. They are professional, polite, kind and caring.I have NEVER received a bad manicure ay Nail Chic & I am sure I never will.The two technicians did NOT deserve to be treated so rudely by that couple. Even with the rudeness that the couple displayed, all technicians remained professional.Nail Chic technicians display professionalism, courtesy, consideration, and pure kindness. Thank you Nail Chic for keeping our fingers and toes beautiful, but most of all thank you all for your hard work and dedication to your customers (no matter how rude some of them can be)!!!

Helen did a gel french pedicure and a gel ombre manicure a couple days before my wedding and they turned out great! She was super kind as well. Everyone was nice and actually made an effort to know your name. While I was there, the staff knew about 75% or more of the people that came in. In my opinion, if a business has that large amount of regular customers its a good business.

My mom and I see Helen, she is so kind and patient with my mom who uses a walker and has painful joints. Its the little things that mean so much in Customer Service and the way your clients are treated. Helen is always warm and inviting and does a Beautiful manicure and hand massage too! Love Dip manicure. I used to only get gel nails, however Dip is much nicer! Thankful she recommended it! The Gel Pedicure is the BEST Ive ever had! :)

Updated review. I got my nails done here on 08/04. Today is 08/10 so it hasnt even been one week and the acrylic is already chipping off and It looks like I need a fill already. The nails are bulky and Im looking for a place back home to get them soaked off. What sucks is Im not from Minnesota Im from Iowa and I went here on a whim with my mother in law so I cant even get a refund.

I cant say enough good things about Nail Chic and the people who work there! Sean and Anna worked with us when we were there are were so great! The pedicures were amazing and I got a full dip set that turned out so awesome. Highly recommend!!

Once again Krystal did an amazing job on my nails she never fails!!The place was very clean and they were following Covid protocol. The lady that did my nails was amazing the last place I went to messed them up pretty bad! She took her time to fix them re shape them and make sure I loved them before she was done. Price was good for the service not over priced compared to other nail salons in the area.

So relaxing and the staff is very professional and talented! Ill definitely be going back again!

I brought my daughter in for a manicure and pedicure and I got a pedicure as well. This was a nice mother daughter outing the day before her fiance was going to propose. While getting our pedicures, the nail technician asked if we do our own nails. When we said yes, she said I can tell and made the same comments to my daughter. I think that was demeaning and unprofessional. I am a former salon owner and would never have my staff speak to our customers that way. If she thought that would sell us on getting more services or coming to Nail Chic again, she is sadly mistaken. Not only would I not come back, but I make sure to tell my White Bear Lake friends and neighbors to never go there.Such as shame that you allow staff to treat customers in that manner.

I loved my experience when I went. The workers are super friendly and the whole atmosphere is so amazing! I loved how my nails turned out and is definitely one of my favorite nail salons if not my favorite.

Hannah did the complete opposite of everything I asked her to do. The only thing she did that I asked was a full set. I asked for SHORT, square nails. I get long coffin nails, when I called to make the appointment they asked if I wanted a design as well, I said no. When I sit down in her chair, I still said no design after being asked again. I like my nails simple and basic, she asked A THIRD TIME and I still said no. She does a design anyways. I most definitely will not be returning, I’m beyond disappointed.

Have gone to Nails Chic for years and have always had a wonderful experience! Today I had Minh, his first day working at the salon...he did a fabulous job with my powder dip manicure and my pedicure! He is a great addition to their staff!

I absolutely love this nail salon. They suggest the best things to obtain your nail goals and they are all friendly and proficient. The salon is nicely decorated and comfortable and they have a large, organized selection of nail colors! I get dip powder manicures and the middle level pedicure and it is worth every penny I spend because of the quality job and products they use. I have seen the jelly pedicure and I will definitely try that next time...but call ahead if you want to try it because its a process. Im very happy with Sherry and her team of nail professionals!!

Everything was great. Except the gel manicure, I didnt get any treatments. All I got was just a polish and quick massage and then lotion. Great service overall.

I loved Hannas work. I went in to get my daughters first set and my own done. Hanna was my tech and like I said I loved her work. Will definitely be going back to her. However my daughter had a different tech and felt she was been rushed to take a seat and get started and when filling my daughters nails she cut around 3 of her fingers. So the place is excellent Hanna was awesome and like I said we will be going back to her. But my daughters tech should slow down a bit and maybe when been told its someones first time she should put a bit more effort and patience into that client
