Ive been looking for a place to get my nails done, and it has been difficult to find a good place until NOW! I really liked this place. They are friendly and very professional. We are new to the area and just tried this salon out. We were so impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness and the quality of work here. Both me and my mom were so happy and will definitely come back. I got a full-set by a young man. He seemed very shy, but attentive, definitely is a perfectionist. I love getting my pedicures at Elite Nails! They can always fit me when when I call. The salon is very clean and they take added measures to make sure customers are safe! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I would recommend this Salon for pedicures & manicures!

It was great! Very friendly staff went in for a gel full set and nails look great they are a little bulky, and I tend to like them fairly thin to give the real nail look(but thats just me). Others in the store also seemed happy and they appeared to have regulars and thats always a good sign so I definitely recommend this place maybe just be specific about how thin you like your nails if you are like me.

Very attentive staff! This is the only nail salon I’ve ever been where my fingers didn’t bleed from the sanding machines because my nail artist, Thy, was such an attentive technician. My nails look great and the service was a great price as well.

Loved my nails from here! I needed a fill and wanted to change the shape of my acrylics with gel. I am picky and have high expectations for my nails. I was so impressed, the shape was perfect and design was so cute. It was also at an amazing price. Two different people did my nails and I would trust any of them to do my full sets/fills.

Elite nails is very nice, and clean place. But the nails were not very good. I went there and got a full set of acrylic, gels. I got them done by a man, and the guy was doing great until it got to shaping. The thumbs are completely uneven. I got french tips and the french tips are very thick and sloppy. Not to mention the whole time he was doing this he got nail polish all over my skin. It was never removed. He also dug his nails into my cuticles! My friends nails were really good, mine not so much! If you come here please try to avoid the guy!!!

They were very accommodating, very good customer service. I had a bad experience at a previous salon, and Lona at Elite Nails changed the color of my nails as well as reshaping them. They werent perfect, but very good, I would definitely go back!

This was the best my nails have ever been done! I went there for the first time and sat down with Thy Pham. She was the best nail tech ever! My nails were done with precision and relaxation; I got a full acrylic set with gel. I am super picky about my nails and I am totally in love with how this set turned out! Vy is quite the nail artist. I told her I would like her just to use her artistic talent. She took her time and gave me her honest opinion of the last job nail I had and was willing to correct it. I recommend this place and definitely will be back!

This salon really cares about their customers! Their customer service is excellent! Vy is really helpful with consultations and making sure that you like your nails! I had a problem with my nails and she generously fixed it and made sure the mistake was corrected. My family and I both visit this salon frequently and have always had wonderful experiences! Very relaxing experience. My friend and I had pedis done and enjoyed them thoroughly (we both feel asleep). Peaceful atmosphere, courteous staff. A bit high priced, but the selection of gel colors and menu of services are beyond extensive. Something for every price point and level of pedicure. Lona and her husband Tony are sweet. I would recommend to anyone.

I got an acrylic full set here yesterday & the finished nails look great, but i didn’t have the best experience. My nail tech was a young man who looked like he was 20ish years old, maybe he is new and doesn’t have much experience but while he was doing the drilling of my nails, it hurt /so/ bad. And he did it multiple times. At one point he was pushing back my cuticles with his nails and it was legit so painful. He also cut me and while i was looking away he dumped alcohol on it with no warning. I woke up this morning and the cuticles of half my fingers are red & swollen & still hurt. My nails do look amazing, but it shouldn’t be extremely painful to get your nails done & then you wake up the next day with botched cuticles. The other nail techs all seemed very nice though, and the nail polish selection is great. I would come back but for a different nail tech.Update: it’s now been 2 days and i woke up this morning with my swollen cuticles bloody and brownish...i don’t know if there’s an infection or something or if the instruments he used weren’t clean but this definitely should not be happening ..

I got my daughters nails done for prom earlier today and decided to schedule myself for a pedicure later in the afternoon! They did awesome on both and the atmosphere is very relaxing! I will definately be back, this is the first nail salon I have found in 10 years that I actually like enough to want to come back! Nail polishes are not diluted, the salon is well kept, top brand nail polishes, and the staff is good at what they do. This is the only nail salon in the area that I would recommend!

Very clean! Pleasant lighting, not all fluorescent lights. Luxurious pedicure chairs. Beverages! It does not SMELL like a salon, thanks to the specialty ventilation. Tommy and the ladies were all great. Its a very relaxing environment. I mistook the nail drying station for a regular piece of furniture--looks like a decorative table. I had a great experience and will be going back the next time I get my nails done.

This was my first time at Elite Nails, and I admit that I was super impressed. I have not gotten a pedicure in years, and I wish I had not waited so long! Amazing people, great atmosphere, very relaxing, and a wonderful selection of services and colors. All at a very reasonable price. Overall a fantastic experience.

Just had my nails done and although the woman did a good job I had a bad customer service experience there. I am visiting from another state and upon entering I was asking for a gel polish change. I was directed to the colors hanging on hoops on the wall but just as I picked it up a woman came from behind me and said that she wanted to start to remove the gel first then I could pick a color. (I never got a chance to see the price list on the counter when I walked in.) I asked the price of the gel nails when I sat down and then the price for a full set. I decided on the full set. Then I was switched to another person. My daughter was told she had to wait because no one was available for her fill. A few minutes later another woman showed up and said she could do my daughters nails. The new nail lady suggest to my nail lady I get dip so as to not damage my nails further. This is where it went bad. My fault for not asking about the extra charge. It ended up being $40 and when I asked about it the woman was really rude and defensive. No one should be shamed for asking a question and treated like that. Very unprofessional for what I now assume was the owner. It was so awkward for me and my daughter was embarrassed about the interaction with her and I. Holding up her sign she said we are very transparent in our pricing. I never saw her sign in the first place. If I had I wouldnt have been asking for the price when I first arrived. Just upset at how I was treated 😞. Even in the reply they are defensive. Still blaming me. I wasnt indecisive. I was a new customer visiting. How unprofessional to blame the customer. Just beware before you get service here. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I was unsure about my color and came in the next day and they fixed it for free! Best place I’ve been to, great service and the people there are the sweetest :)) Only place I trust to go to, highly recommend!!

Sometimes busy (so recommend making a reservation as opposed to walk-in if you can), but busy because the do nice work at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

The owners are amazing! My mani lasts at least 4 weeks and I never get chips. Ive been following them wherever they work and its worth the drive! Their new salon is very clean and inviting! No annoying music or bad TV blaring. They have over 300 new colors and at least 60 mood polishes that I havent seen anywhere else. The manicure stations each have ventilation as well. Best place in the metro!

Im not sure yet if Id call this my new nail spot, but the first experience was fine. Staff were friendly and courteous, but pedicure was a bit sloppy. It was a relaxing environment mostly, but bright lights and annoying mens tv show were not enjoyed. A good amount of time was dedicated to pampering with a light massage and a few hot stones. Gel manicure was done with precision and caution not to get on cuticles, which I appreciate! Pricing seemed a bit high, but not terrible. No tipping with credit card- cash only, which unfortunately leaves hardworking staff without tips sometimes. Bring cash! Looking forward to trying again sometime.

I never post reviews but this place was just too amazing! Such a lovely place and friendly staff, they helped me pick out colors, designs, etc. Definitely would recommend and go again!

I feel pampered and they always do a great job on my nails! The only downside is that the employees tend to speak a different language to each other while working on my nails. I think that is kind of rude.

I love the owners Tommy and Veve are so talented and always do my nails so good. Everyone is so friendly I love going to get my nails done. I love how it is very clean and prices are good. I highly reccomend going to Elite nails and spa.
