I almost never write reviews, but Chris went so above and beyond I was blown away. The first tow truck company that I called first made me wait 2 hrs and then walked away after seeing the car because they didnt bring the right equipment. Chris showed up as fast as possible, my car had broke at the ball joint and so it was a delicate operation to tow the car without damaging the suspension and fender further. It was an impossible situation and I could tell Chris did the best he could. We both live in wheeling so he was kind enough to drop me off at my home. I didnt think it was possible to have a favorite tow truck driver, but now I do and would recommend him to anyone. Chris offered a level of service you dont see anymore in the business world.

If it was possible to give 10 stars, I would. Arrived super quickly, provided updates on arrival time and also a suggestion about why the car was behaving like it was, which provided to be 100% correct, saving me thousands in repair costs. Friendly and professional and made me calm down from the stress of the situation immediately.

5 STAR ALL THE WAY! Outstanding, respectful and professional service by C&F!! I got locked out of my car after going for a run around the lake. It was dark and cold outside. When I learned that the non- emergency police were not able to help, I called a local service C&F towing. As soon as I explained my situation, Chris was immediately on his way. I was able to stay in the truck to warm up, while he unlocked the car, only to find out my key was not there. Chris helped me search for my key for an 1-1/2hr and then towed my car home, as it was my only car key. Chris was also able to get a new ignition key made the following morning, so I was able to drive my car. This was the best experience I have had with a towing company. My expectations with towing is someone comes and simple needs to get your vehicle keys without causing a commotion. In this particular experience we had left our keys in the vehicle and needed to have them come and open the door for us. The ball joint on my truck broke on my way to work this morning. I got a hold of Chris and he was able to come tow me within minutes. I was broke down on a busy street and he was able to get me out of the road safely and in a very timely manner. Watch out! Called them to tow my 4 wheel drive car because my car just wouldnt start and wasnt damaged at all but they dont have a flat bed! The guy ruined my front bumper! Dont use them unless you dont care about your car being ruined. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.
