I took my car here and they kept it for 4 days and wouldnt check it. Then they finally checked it and said it was just a fuse blown and fixed it. As soon as I drove my car out of the place it broke down in oncoming traffic on the Berlin Turnpike almost causing a huge accident because they couldnt be bother to actually check my car after having it for 4 whole days.

Theyre good mechanics but theyre way too expensive wanted $95 just to look at my radiator to see if it needed antifreeze or if they if I needed thermostat just to look at it not to do any work

They way I feel about this place not even 1 star is deserved.I got my car towed after a mix-up at the DMV at 2:30am. I ask the tow guy who supposedly was the owner to tow the car to are residence that was literally 5 minutes up the road with rude tone was told that I had to pay cash $110 who the hell carries cash these days, all I had was $60 he wouldnt take it the officer even asked him if he could kindly take me up the road. Instead this owner sped off leaving me walking home in the dark.. Customer service displayed by this man, simple human kindness completely gone! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The waiting area is very clean, and they treated everybody with respect.I personally dealt with Ethan, I came back a few days later to plug a tire. I broke down on I 91 Pete towed me in and did a great job. Ethan the manager did a great job finding parts for the trailer. Suby worked hard to fix the trailer and get us back on our way to VA. Good honest business the works hard for their customers. Thanks guys!

Had a power steering pump and timing belt done on a Nissan Murano. Was more than $600.00 cheaper than the same service at my fathers trusted mechanic, who he has been using for years. Service was done well and in a timely manner. I will be using them again in the future.

Their website says they do exhaust work. I bring in my car thinking it would be a simple job for them. They get my car up on the lift, the guy looks at it for a few seconds, and then he comes back with theres nothing we can do for you here... He actually referred me to another business in Wethersfield. Pretty odd considering they claim to do exhaust work. I have no idea if they really couldnt do the job or just didnt feel like working on a car as old as mine.

This shop is my go-to place for the majority of my auto repairs. When my 02 Silverado needed to go back into commuting duties, I had the guys do a full service going over with new brakes and tires. Found some broken lights and a few other things. They returned my truck ready to roll and no issues. The guys also work on my 94 Camaro and have always kept this car in top shape. Very happy to chat with Ethan too!

At Mirabellis Automotive you will find friendly and honest automotive technicians. Their work is always top notch. I plan to travel back to Mirabellis after I move out of the area. They also do towing should you ever have the need. Ethan mans the front desk in an efficient and friendly manor.

They do great work at fare price

I have never dealt with a more price gouging scummy group of people. They tried to charge me $309 for a 4 mile tow. The average tow everywhere else is about $125. These scumbags take advantage of a bad situation and they make it worse.

Biggest scumbags that i have EVER MET IN MY LIFE. The absolute disrespect and disregard to customers is completely unbelievable! I was towed to this yard without my knowledge, upon arriving they dont accept credit cards? SO now i had to go and get cash and they up charged me! The so called owner with red hair was the biggest waste of space i have ever met. Completely disrespecting the older women that was just trying to help someone. Overall i would rather be stranded on the side of the road for the rest of my life then EVER go or recommend ANYONE to go here. I hope this place is shut down soon.

Their white dump truck dumped rocks all over the highway, damaging my brand new car. After calling 6 times and leaving messages I finally spoke to a manager Mike who refused to acknowledge any responsibly for their mistake. He advised me to try and contact the police about the matter. The secretary told me this happens all the time and they cant keep everyone happy. How about you clowns make sure the loads are secure???? Now my car that was brand new had dents and dings down to the bare metal. Thanks!

DO NOT TRUST MIRABELLIS.Most people know that auto shops are places where much misinformation can be conveyed to those who do not know much about cars. I was referred to mirabellis by a close family friend who I trusted and gave them a shot when my car seemed to have blown its belt and broke down on the side of the road. I brought it to mirabellis in whethersfield on the turnpike where I was told the cars belt did indeed blow and the valves also bent. They quoted that it would be 1500 minimum to fix with additional diagnostic testing. They priced its worth as 400 to sell to them. I later decided to sell it to a mechanic friend for 375.I just found out from him, after going under the hood, that mirbabellis lied to me. The belt didnt break the valves are not bent and my friend fixed it for under 200 and sold it already.DO NOT TRUST MIRABELLIS.
