Tammy was incredible! I didn’t know what happened to my computer but she did the diagnostic and even had the part I needed in the back of her shop. The computer was fixed in 24 hours!! And much better customer service than I ever had at the Apple store :)

The new location isnt quite ready for customers, but it looks like things are shaping up nicely. The main business is Apple repairs, but there are lots of vintage Macs and even Apple IIs being restored as a labor of love. Parts will be available, too. Remember to recap your boards! The capacitors were not meant to last 20 years, if you have such a vintage computer, caps are probably leaking right now!

Tammy of Apple Rescue of Denver is great! I needed to have my trackpad on my 2015 MacBook Pro replaced, and she did it in one day, and for half of what Apple wanted to charge me, and Apple told me they’d have to send my MacBook in and have a different one sent to me. I much prefer what Tammy of Apple Rescue of Denver was able to do for me. She also replaced my battery, as it was necessary to do in order to replace the trackpad. She showed me my old battery and explained how it was good timing, as my battery was swollen and would have caused problems had I waited longer. The only thing that took a bit of time was getting the parts, but that was not at all Tammy’s fault, as I called to get this done right before Christmas, so of course I was going to have to wait for my parts to come in. I’ll absolutely take all of my Apple devices (besides Apple Watch, as she doesn’t work on those) to Tammy when I need something done. The best part is that the shop is super close to where I live, and it was really nice to not have to drive far to get this taken care of. Tammy was super responsive every step of the way, even when I had no idea which model of MacBook Pro I even had, and made the entire process super easy. If you’re looking for quality and affordable repair for your Apple Devices, I highly recommend Apple Rescue of Denver. Tammy is awesome, and all around a really nice person who does excellent work at really competitive prices.

Glad I found a Mac specialist. Very professional. Tammy listened to my needs, analyzed the problem, told me my best options, answered all my questions and concerns, booked me in her schedule, and now my Mac is running better than ever. I am very pleased with the outcome with no surprises. I have no reason why I shouldnt leave her five stars. Excellent job. I will tell others, and I will come again if needed.

I love Apple Rescue of Denver. Tammy is the absolute best and a wonderful asset to the Retro Apple community. I recently purchased an Apple IIe from her via her website. She has many models listed but didn’t have any pictures posted. I emailed her and she promptly sent me photos of each item I was interested in. Delivery was quick and everything is bubble wrapped perfectly. She takes great pride in what she does. The Apple IIe is beautiful. Even better than in the photos.A few weeks went by and I encountered an issue. I re socked all the chips and underneath one of the chips I found someone must have used a screwdriver or knife and ended up damaging one of the traces on the motherboard. I’m good at soldering, at least I’d like to think so but I’m not that good. I used my meter and found the connection to be intermittent. When pressure was applied it was okay but when the board would get warm it would lock up. I made a call to the shop and talked to Tammy about my issue. She was genuinely concerned and assured me that she would do what she could. We agreed on something together and the same day she sent me a replacement motherboard. Well that motherboard has arrived and I have just got done putting my Apple II back together. I flipped the switch and there was the familiar boot chime. I don’t know what we would do with out people like her. What she does is just amazing. If you are in any way wanting to buy an Apple II so you can play games and write just like you did when you were young by from Apple Rescue of Denver. You won’t be disappointed. You can rest assured that your money is well spent. I can’t wait to buy more upgrades for my Apple II from her in the future! Thank you Tammy for all that you do!-James

I took my Mac to a repair shop in Denver after an OS upgrade went bad. They told me upon inspection ($95) that my hard drive was bad ($250-300) and I would lose all my data unless I paid another $150 for their heavy duty data recovery.I doubted my hard drive was bad (I’m not savvy, it just didn’t seem right somehow) so got a second opinion from Apple Rescue. Tammy told me she could find nothing wrong with the hard drive, re-installed the previous OS and the Mac is back to functioning as before. $75. I couldn’t be happier. She’s fair, honest and competent.
